I would like to share my experience of a gift subscription.
As it turned out, the subscription does not have the possibility of a delayed arrival date for the first lesson so that the "subscription" is activated on that day. I'm explaining. For example: I buy a subscription on December 1, 2019 as a New Year's gift on January 1, 2020 to my girlfriend. and the man decided to go to class on January 2nd. That's it! The subscription has burned down! more than a month has passed in this way. Wow! that's how I got a similar situation... here is such a nice gift I made to my girlfriend :) lost time and money. of course, F1 Fitness does not have the concept of gift passes, because I presented it to my girlfriend as a gift. that's why it turned out that he doesn't have a postponement (for a couple of months before he first comes to the gym), since in fact this is a regular subscription. and it's my fault, it turns out that I didn't immediately realize that I was buying an ordinary subscription, not a gift one.
at the same time, the administrator who issues the subscription apparently has no obligation to provide an informational explanation before the customer purchases the subscription. although I warned the administrator that it would be a gift. And don't tell me about the conditions to me! that is, I have to go to the website myself, read the public agreement and find out all the conditions, or go around the entire hall to find all the conditions of the subscription on the walls.

The club's strange policy. When I bought a subscription for 50 visits, they said that it was indefinite, you can walk for at least 5 years. As a result, they simply block the subscription with the remaining classes.
