It's a great place. The waiters are very friendly, prompted, and served well. They asked us to move outside as soon as it was free - we are already here. They advised delicious wine, and did not let us take more than we could eat. There is a menu in Russian. The most important thing is that everything is very tasty. We were in November - there was a heater overhead, the street was not busy (we were sitting in the evening), pleasant music and of course next to the tower.

Nothing special. Some dishes are successful, some are not at all.
The price tag for alcohol is shocking, the service is already included in the bill. The toilet leaves much to be desired.
Maybe this place is the best in the Galata Tower area, but you shouldn't go to the restaurant specifically. P.S.
The locals don't seem to come here, there is only Russian speech around. However, the time is like this

We stopped by for dinner, the three of us. There were a lot of people crawling around, the air conditioners don't work inside, but there is a draft. The menu is preferably European, though with the peculiarities of the local flavor. We took pizza, quinoa salad, dessert, two red glasses of wine, coffee and fanta. For some reason, there were no accessories on the tables (salt shaker, napkins, toothpicks). The staff is adequate, speaks a little Russian, mostly English. The total amount reached 310 liras.
