On November 20, 2024, I purchased 2 chicken fillet schnitzels in this store. When I came home, I found that the schnitzels turned out to be of poor quality (with a specific smell and taste of rotten meat) and dangerous to life and health. I wrote an email to HOM KUKIN LLC demanding to provide a copy of the receipt, as well as a refund. This letter was ignored. Then I wrote to the director of HOM KUKIN LLC in telegram, and he couldn't think of anything better than just blocking me.
To date, no one has returned money to me for low-quality goods and has not apologized for this situation.
In general, before you want to go to this store, think a hundred times, because you can be poisoned there.

The food is delicious enough and there is a choice, but the last case just killed me!!! We bought a meal with a friend and thought we'd sit in the car, but then changed our mind and went back to cooking. There are tables in the kitchen and we decided to sit inside! The seller saw us and pretended that she did not know us and did not remember us, and asked if we would buy something! We replied that we bought it from you, but we came back and sat here in a cafe! She said we only have our own food!we replied that we bought it from you!She said, "I didn't understand" that you can only sit with their food, it's some kind of game!!! We asked, so should we go outside to eat your cheesecake? She chuckled, and said if you have our food, then it's good, what is it anyway????? Never set foot in this place again after such service!!!! I'm thinking of writing about this case in the chat at home, since regular customers are from this place! I haven't seen such a humiliating attitude for a long time, I felt like I was on an explanatory note.......
