A decent organization! They put windows in my house 5 years ago. A year ago, they put windows in the bathhouse.
No complaints. There was a warranty case and I didn't have to persuade him to fix it. They were promptly eliminated without inconvenience to me. Now it was necessary to deliver a pair of mosquito nets, worth three kopecks, and the ratio is the same as it was 5 years ago when ordering a large number of windows. We left promptly, took measurements, brought them and installed them. Then I decided to deliver another grid and their approach was similar.
This is worth a lot, since many organizations are only interested in large orders and neglect small ones where there is no real income.
And here everything is clear.
Moreover, I would like to note that the same people came to me five years ago as they do now. That is, there is no staff turnover, and, accordingly, there are more experienced employees.
