A decent organization! They put windows in my house 5 years ago. A year ago, they put windows in the bathhouse.
No complaints. There was a warranty case and I didn't have to persuade him to fix it. They were promptly eliminated without inconvenience to me. Now it was necessary to deliver a pair of mosquito nets, worth three kopecks, and the ratio is the same as it was 5 years ago when ordering a large number of windows. We left promptly, took measurements, brought them and installed them. Then I decided to deliver another grid and their approach was similar.
This is worth a lot, since many organizations are only interested in large orders and neglect small ones where there is no real income.
And here everything is clear.
Moreover, I would like to note that the same people came to me five years ago as they do now. That is, there is no staff turnover, and, accordingly, there are more experienced employees.

One of the advantages of the company: we did everything within the agreed time frame, installation is fast enough. All the windows in the two-room apartment were installed in half a day. Well, now to the cons. A Rehau profile has been installed, but its quality is very questionable. The biggest problem is the sharp inner corners, which I constantly scratch my hands on if the window is open. The situation is similar with the balcony door. In addition, a lot of water flows in the rain between the frame and the window. When contacting the company, they say that this is the norm, but only in the previous apartment there were windows with the same profile and there were no problems, neither with cramps nor with sharp corners. And yes, they promised to come and see it within a week, but 3 weeks have passed and silence. I do not recommend this company.

I called for a consultation. Consultant Nastya said that the company only works with the Rehau profile, but, I quote, "if you need a cheaper one, our master will go to the market and buy a cheaper profile for your order to make a window." And the impression of the company immediately goes from solid to garage))))
I did not order the windows, I will not talk about the quality, the reviews are positive everywhere :)
