I turned to the company BaySvet LLC for the purchase of swing gates with an electromechanical drive and two gates. We signed a contract on September 11, 2020 for the purchase. The same manager, Alexander, prepared an agreement with IP Ivanov A.S. for installation.
On September 18, a team arrived and installed 4 supports.
On September 25, I asked the manager when the molar brigade would arrive and, accordingly, find out the timing of the final installation (I was interested in what I needed to do with a fence adjacent to the mounted support, make a parking lot for cars, etc., i.e. plan my actions somehow). I was told that ideally the concrete should dry for 28 days, but if you really want to, then 21 and the head of production promised through the manager that in 21 days after the installation of the supports, the work would be completed (that is, on October 9, 2020), but no miracle happened. After talking with the manager, they promised me that everything would be installed by October 16.
On October 13, for some reason, a supply specialist called me and said that a team of molars would arrive, who eventually tinted the supports and cut off the fixing profiles with which the supports were fixed.
On October 14, the same supply specialist called and said that the paint on the gates and gates had not dried and that the installation was postponed no earlier than October 20.
On October 20, we arrived to install gates and gates. Filling (metal euro picket fence) it was painted on one side (the specification for the contract indicates the coloring on both sides). As a result, they collected everything and left to redo it.
On October 31, we arrived with a picket fence already painted on both sides on the gate. During the installation of the gate, a gap was formed, which is not closed by the latch during operation. The right gate will not close after screwing the latch to the support, since the latch rests against the door opening handle.
On November 05, 2020, when correcting poor-quality installation by employees of IP Ivanov A. S., the rightmost support was dismantled and it turned out that it was concreted to a depth of 700mm. Although up to this point, on November 02, 2020, they proved to me that the supports were concreted at 1300mm
