For me, the Falcon Club Cinema Boutique is a cozy and beautiful place with the highest level of service. But this time, even I was surprised.: the staff helped me sell my ticket to the event (my mother got sick, but the refund deadline passed) and replaced the wine with a very tasty non-alcoholic one (I asked for juice at least).

I watched the legendary cartoon "Puzzle-2" in the cinema. The wonderful impression of the cartoon was complemented by the wonderful Falcon Clab cinema, a small, cozy hall. At the same time, it is royally removed), wide armchairs, plenty of space for water and popcorn.👌Neighbors are close and at the same time far away)
The only thing is that no one met us at the entrance to the hall. The hall administrator came to "launch" us into the hall a couple of minutes before the start of the session. But this is the only point and it is not negative😊

It's a pretty beautiful movie theater, let's start with the fact that parking is free, we tried underground, everything works fine.
There is not much food inside, you can eat salads for 25-50 BYN, a burger for 25 BYN and more.
The corridor itself is incredibly beautiful, it feels like at the airport, there is a sofa where you can wait for the session.
The staff is generally kind, the cashier told us where and where, and also answered questions about the cinema.
I also liked the layout, the halls are adequately located, numbered, and there are screens with movie trailers built into the wall in the corridor. The prices are quite adequate, we paid 42 BYN for three people.
We watched the movie in the fifth hall, the hall is nice and clean. The chairs are nice, soft and there is a table. The acoustics are excellent, you can hear it in the hallway, but it's not critical. During the session, the waiters came, they did not dazzle with a flashlight.
The cinema is excellent - 5 stars.

I liked the hall with sofas, the sofas are cool, I see so much space for the first time in width, a convenient remote control and a footrest are super, the picture and sound are good, they took the last row-it was okay to watch there, but here's a minus that we met in Minsk for the first time in a cinema, although there was a backpack with a vacuum cleaner at the entrance. cleaning, there is so much dust in the hall that an allergic reaction went strong, not even an allergic person, two different people started to swell their throat and nose, that is, not a little dust, but a full hall in this coating, also on the floor some kind of brush was lying ala from a garter for a curtain- in general, who- I messed up the staff and didn 't get out . Although outwardly everything is generally clean. It needs to be vacuumed seriously, plus a steam cleaner once every couple of days. If it weren't for this nuance, we would go regularly, the prices are normal! I also read the reviews below, someone wrote lifelessly somehow, so I have the same strange impressions, everything seems beautiful, but somehow there is no energy, because of the empty corridors and the lack of people, it is empty and sad somehow, in the hall before the session you can turn on the music at least and the corridors. And the entrance from the street on the side along a narrow path you need to go completely along the road, in the second toilet near the cafe with sofas in the toilet, there is some kind of milky water everywhere. I liked the area with sofas and tables where you can drink coffee. The building is a top, of course, but a little bit of life and music would be great. Well, cleaning or replacing the floor with a non-fabric one if cleaning does not pull.. And so prosperity. The joints are fixable if the management listens.
