And this happens in the best hotels!!!! from 16-17 there are three types of ice cream free of charge near the pool, take as much as you want in small waffle cups, the pool is very clean, it is constantly cleaned, filtered every day, we observed it ourselves....Aqua aerobics, minimum animation , karaoke in the evening, dancing with skirts and a girl, not for long.... 1 hour. All the staff understands Russian) both at the bar and at the reception, everyone is friendly, we flew there for the third time, the sea is 10 minutes long, the sand and the reef are alive, if you go further to the left superrrrrif!!! Few people know about it, just walk for 7 minutes along the shore. Cleaning is average... If you ask, they will change everything and give you clean towels and paper... Right next to the hotel there is a huge shopping center with 3 floors!!!! There is a big stage in front of him, in the evening they play the violin and there was a belly dance, there are tables around, you can order food, drink or hookah. Bottled water 0.5 as much as you want is given at the bar. Coffee, tea, alcohol.... I liked everything!!!

The hotel is good.It's not boring.animation for adults and children.nice staff.It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea.kanabish beach.you take the ticket at the reception.and towels by the pool.There is a swimming pool on site.the rooms are cleaned every day.both bed linen and towels are changed.if something is needed, the issue will be resolved at the reception.they cook delicious.meat and fish every day.for 3 * it is very even, it pulls on 4 .

Without food, the room cost two thousand. Everything was delicious and edible, and there was little choice compared to 2013, but inflation is all over the world. The staff at this hotel is very good. No one is demanding money from you. Everyone is very polite and tries to help in everything. There are a lot of people in the hotel who have already visited this hotel several times and this speaks volumes. Price-quality is probably the best option in Naamabei Bay.

We stayed at this hotel from 07.09 to 17.09 2024. A 3-star hotel!!! The price is 192 tr for 2x. We were in 2023 at the nearby Lailina 3* hotel, in Naoma Bay (🎉).
1. The hotel itself is not bad, but! rooms with balconies are paid $ 100, we gave $ 25). And others don't have balconies. There are large and small rooms, but all for 3 people. Cleaning is carried out for 2 days, the floors are not particularly washed. The bed linen is all in spools, old, the pillows are stained yellow. Towels are not changed, and the garbage is not until you call. You can take things to the laundry, it's not expensive.The territory of the hotel is normal, but everything is already old. Dollars are exchanged for pounds at the reception. From 22.00 to 01.00, music is playing from the next street from the dance floor, if the room looks at the pool, then you can hear it. There is a hookah bar on the territory of the hotel, you can dance to your own music, a cool guy is the owner there)).
2. The beach and the sea. Walk to the sea for 10 minutes, in the heat. At the reception they give a pass to the beach, they don't let you in without it and you definitely need to take the water at the bar with you. Take towels by the pool and exchange them for cards. There is no bar on the beach. Everything is paid. You can't have your own (alcohol). The prices are normal, but I would like the bar to be from the hotel, as it is All + like. 3. Animations. During the day, the animators do exercises, yoga, aqua aerobics in the pool, I really liked it. The building, furniture, wiring - all this is extremely old, the furniture in ALL rooms seems to have been made by the staff themselves, and the quality of this furniture does not differ from what children do in schools in labor lessons. 2. Rooms. Oh, this is a separate horror for residents, firstly, because in order for you to be given a room in which something will work, you either have to pay extra or wait, even $ 20 at the reception does not solve the problem. For example, to enter my room, I had to knock down the door, because, apparently, it is not possible to open it in a human way. (The staff has been contacted several times, do you think anything has been done? No), the air conditioner in the room barely worked, I understand that when it's +40 +27 outside in the room, it's still a salvation, but it's not like that, it's impossible to sleep at such a temperature. to summarize, if you want a normal room without swearing at everyone, starting from the tour operator, ending with the reception staff who speaks both Russian and English poorly, choose another hotel. 3. We have been vacationing with my sister since March 4, 2024. I really liked this place. Russian Russian is an excellent staff, almost everyone knows the Russian language (and not only Russian). There are many Germans, Italians, and Belarusians in the hotel. It was important for me to have a large swimming pool. The beach is not far away, but it was nice to walk to it, there are many shops, a great place for walking. The beach is sandy, there are excellent sun beds. Corals (though a little) are almost near the shore, but there are a lot of fish there! So, don't forget to bring masks and tubes with you. And if you forget, then you can buy great masks there. I hope to return to this place again! Special thanks to Mohamed, who works at the reception. We contacted him constantly, he solved all issues quickly.

It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to Viva Beach. A good sandy approach to the sea. At the same time, there are small coral islets where there are many fish. The cleanliness of the hotel is under control. I have seen managers repeatedly checking in the dining room, at the pool, on the beach. The room was cleaned daily. They keep the brand, in general, it is pleasant to be in the hotel. The staff is wonderful at the hotel and on the beach, always ready to help. I would go there again.

Quite an acceptable hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. 2200₽ for two people per day with breakfast and dinner is just a wonderful offer. The buffet is wonderful, the choice of assortment is amazing, there is meat, a large selection of salads and side dishes, sweets, pastries. Of course, it is clear in the rooms that they did not do much repairs after the opening, but it is understandable that they did not have money due to the long absence of the tour flow. The room is clean and comfortable enough. The bed linen is also a little tired, but for the money it's a wonderful offer. We had a rest from 06.12.23 to 16.12.23. We were lucky with the service, we got a good shift, we were greeted like family. The waiters and bartenders are just cute)). But then the shift changed and a lot changed, Osama (I don't know who he is, but he was everywhere) and Mohamed (reception), they hadn't even heard of a simple smile. The people who arrived later said that they were poorly received and would not return here again. Even among the staff, there was some kind of nervousness. These two spoil the rating of the hotel((.
The rooms are clean, everything you need is there: liquid soap and toilet soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer. Towels were changed every day. Also in the room there is a conder (never turned on), a safe (not used), TV (TNT channel), a wardrobe, a mirror, a large bed with comfortable pillows, very thick curtains for those who like to sleep (the room was given quiet as requested).
The food was delicious and varied, but on the 6th day I still got bored (spices). The breakfast is gorgeous, the lunch is more modest, the dinner is richer. We didn't go hungry, we had enough for everyone, because no one filled the plates with tons during our check-in.
Drinks: rum, gin, tequila, etc. - everything is local, you can drink it. The bartenders make great cocktails. Beer is for an amateur, but it is cold and served in decent glasses.
There were no stomach problems throughout the rest.
The location of the hotel is a fire for me! Everything is nearby: a pharmacy, a restaurant, shops, the center, the main road (we did not sit in place, we drove around the districts), the beach is 900 meters (we did not count), the most important thing is that you will shake after taking a write.
Viva beach and Kanabish to choose from, we chose Kanabish-it's bigger and under the palm trees)). The sea is gorgeous, there are a lot of fish, so definitely take a mask.
Bottom line: I recommend it, the main thing is to get into a good shift (I took off one star for them). There's not much to compare, but for the three, I think everything is fine))
The most important thing is the company, and we had the coolest one (the hotel is small and we all got to know each other there)), in general, the rest was a success!

The only problem was with the shower and hot water. The shower is not very comfortable, often the water spilled over the floor. The hot water is sometimes really hot, and sometimes barely warm. But it seems that this is generally a problem in the area, not in this particular hotel.
There is a bank, shops, cafes nearby. The beach is 10 minutes away.
They cooked very well. They did not try to mow for European cuisine and it pleased them. I especially liked the local pastries. If you are not a fan of spices and spicy food, you may not come in, although there is a large selection of salads, vegetables, etc.

There are rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a beach 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, I saw Napoleon). Although there are disadvantages, this is a number. All the furniture in the room is old, falling apart, although the refrigerator is working. And the safe where you can leave valuables is very flimsy >_<. Some staff know Russian better than English, and some do not know either, but this was the case with only one person. It is better to stay for a maximum of a week, because every week the food is repeated.

We chose the hotel based on the reviews of previous tourists. The main parameters were food and the beach. But unfortunately, the food was not just terrible, but disgusting.
The transfer from Cairo took about 8 hours, it would have been fine if CORAL TRAVEL had somehow respected its tourists and allocated a normal adequate bus, and not a minibus, which was even scary to look at.
We checked in quickly, the room was on the ground floor, without a balcony. Asked about free WI-FI, they immediately said that it does not work. We bought a SIM card for $ 10.
The room was old, the bed linen was dirty, the hair was lying and had traces of greasy stains.
The bathroom had no hygiene products, and most surprisingly, not even soap.
The only plus is a free safe. That's all.
Nutrition, we are not picky, so the attitude to nutrition is calm and there were naturally no high demands. But there was just a quiet horror. They gave out a piece of fish 5 * 5 cm, or one microscopic leg of chicken, yes, you could come up again, but it was just not tasty, and the cook who stood and applied looked with such frenzy and casually threw an even smaller piece. I have attached a photo of the power supply.
The only thing that tasted good were melons. That's all.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, the hotel gives you an entrance ticket. There were hardly enough sunbeds in April, I can't imagine what will happen when there are more tourists.
The tour was taken to Mount Moses at a travel agency near the beach. The tour requires considerable endurance.
Bottom line – I do not recommend the hotel

The hotel corresponds to a solid 3+.I liked everything, except for the shower (it's old; rusty and the water barely flows) and the beach of our hotel (the territory is small, where you won't find a place, local Arabs and remoteness (about 1 km) are a priority We basically knew about the beach, so we didn't "bother" and went to other beaches with corals and reefs. Food - 5; territory - 5, ratio - 5. Price / quality is consistent. I will immediately write that the hotel is not for families with children: there is no food / animation / anything "like that" for you. And young people, "couples", companies, corporate tours will like it. The most important advantage is the Naama Bay Center.

I am a very unassuming traveler. Room cleaning, mold in the bathrooms, broken furniture never bother me. The main thing is to have a bed and hot water. Therefore, I have not written negative reviews before. If I didn't like the hotel at all, I just won't come to it ever again and that's it. But then I had to make an exception and write everything I think about the service in this wonderful hotel.
Our flight was overnight and we arrived at the hotel very hungry. Breakfast was being served at the hotel at that time, but we were told that we would ONLY be able to have breakfast for money, because check-in is at 12 and we can start using the hotel services only from that moment! Hello, guys, I travel every 2 months and understand the rules a little bit. Check-in to the room has nothing to do with other options paid for in the voucher. On the contrary, if the hotel does not have the opportunity to check you in before the scheduled time, they usually offer to leave your things at the reception and go for a meal or sunbathe by the pool. And these people were offered to pay for their dry rolls for breakfast and a baked sausage. Then they also demanded $ 10 for checking into the room an hour earlier. I did not agree to pay on principle, so then they looked at me as an enemy of the people for the whole vacation and if they saw that I was heading towards the reception to ask something, they went to their back room and had to wait 5-7 minutes until they came out with a dissatisfied muzzle. In general, they were very unfriendly, they never even smiled. Because of this, there was a very unpleasant aftertaste from staying at this hotel, and a great desire to write a negative review.

A great hotel for 3 stars, yab probably even put 4 stars by local standards. The very center, plenty of food, the sea is 10 minutes away at a calm pace. Anyone can pour alcohol at the bar. And what else is needed? Yes, the furniture is old, and the room is cleaned only for money, but this is Egypt, which has not received tourists for almost 7 years. I put 4 stars, as this is a good budget hotel for your money.

We arrived in the morning, arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, we were already given a room in 40 minutes, we checked in and immediately went to look at the sea. Lunch started at 1 p.m.
Rooms: uniform style, nothing superfluous, refrigerator, air conditioning, our room had 2 Windows, bathroom with shower
Food: There is quite enough food in the hotel, we were always well-fed!
Location: the road to the sea takes 10-15 minutes on foot
Cleanliness: they keep things clean and tidy
Staff: hardworking, very efficient, attentive, smiling, maybe we were lucky, only positive impressions remained
Beach: very tired sunbeds, the number of sunbeds and umbrellas was enough for everyone, beach towels were changed 2 times a day, every trip to the beach. There is no restroom on the beach and we used the toilet in the diving center opposite without any problems. The sand itself is super, the coastline is about 2.5 km
Bar and drinks: without additional information. payments are made only at the hotel, bottled drinking water can always be taken at the bar, as well as soft drinks.

Animation is normal. There is a program.

Fans of a variety of food are clearly not here for you, but you will not stay hungry. The grill was a day later. The location is good, in the city center. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is only a plus for me. Cafes, restaurants, shops are all within 5 minutes, very convenient. The staff is polite, it is clear that they care about the rating of the hotel. The beach is clean, but the sunbeds are dead, there are upholstered chairs on which it is convenient to bathe. There is a massage on the beach. A very strained animation with a sluggish but polite animator girl.It didn't bother me, because we used to have fun on our own. Everything is not for children)). In principle, everything is normal. I would go to this hotel again, yes, but without food. You can eat inexpensively and in a variety of restaurants.

It's a so-so hotel, it's a bit of a 10-minute walk to the sea, the beach of the hotel is not very large, there is a pool, but no one swam in it, at least when I was there. The food and alcohol in the hotel sucks. In restaurants, upon arrival of local people, there is a queue of 50-100 people in different ways, you will come later so that the kitchen is empty without a queue, the barbecue does not work, the cafe in the vicinity if there is nothing to eat 3 shrimp and French fries. On Fridays, the hotel serves as a transshipment base for the Arab contingent, 50-100 people arrive by bus and completely fill the first floor of the hotel, as they say, there is nowhere to fall. Not far from the airport, planes land at night overhead. There is no high-quality room service, including cleaning. I didn't like this hotel the second time in Egypt. There's definitely nothing to do with the children there, the animators are trying, but they don't have any opportunities. There are no darts, onions and other things, even billiards without balls and a cue, only a table. If you want the bartender to pour, carry the cup back. Of the plastic cups for 50 kopecks, there are 10 more solid ones, not everyone gets them. The numbers killed, and so on. I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but I can't please you with anything if you're going to be ready for anything. To be left without food, cleaning alcohol and a holiday. It can be used as a place to spend the night and no more, for example, if you are planning an active tour with guided tours. By the way, excursions as always at the hotel are more expensive around the corner towards the sea are cheaper, but the quality is the same. Russian tourists especially complain about the pyramids, they do not offer meals to go through the checkpoints 8-10 hours there and back, they stop at a paid cafe where there is nothing to eat. Upon arrival at the place, they say that the pyramids were built up with a new building on all sides, they left one site where you can take pictures, but at the same time the locals do not allow you to do this with their own camera or phone, they get into the frame or simply ask to leave. The same story in the old town is constantly begging for money in one way or another.
