I was there in September 2019. It is positioned as 3 stars (it has always been like this, in 2009 and in 2019). My opinion is a solid 4. To the sea and all the traffic, at a leisurely pace, 10 minutes walk. At the same time, it is quiet around the hotel. The hotel staff is still working. They respond to comments instantly. In two weeks, only two questions were formed:
1. The kondey broke down in the room - after 20 minutes the technicians came, after an hour the kondey worked.
2. The room was cleaned, but the towels were not changed - after 30 minutes the room was washed again and the towels were changed. And yes, this is Egypt and it's not worth spending money on cleaning tea. A dollar won't make the weather for you, but it's nice for them. And you will have swans, napkins, and other smiles 😉
The Internet, of course, is not very good (to put it mildly), but! Nothing prevents you from walking to the salon and buying a local SIM card. The bar naturally clings to local beer, but it's impossible to drink it anyway. And yes, the prices in local shops (such as dyutikah) are wow. So, it's better to take a drink with you. Both more reliable and cheaper.
Animators are gods in general! I'll remember the names, I'll add 😁 It was possible to organize everything through them, and what is not possible - with a small surcharge 🤪
Overall, we were satisfied. Price-quality is in balance, because to demand something more from 3 stars is, at least, indecent.

An economical hotel, very puny cleaning and rooms, basic food, not bad, you won't be hungry. The animation is weak. You can stay for a short period of time. The location is convenient.
The beach is far away, the food is 7/10, the staff is pleasant, the rooms are not very good, the bathroom frankly wants the best, the territory is small, they clean every day, but fuck off
I was at this hotel for 7 days. And I'll say this. Arabs come here for the weekend. Looking at other reviews, it's a good hotel, but something happened and it became a hotel for Arabs. There is a buffet in the dining room, but there is no normal food for a European. There is no bread, there are no napkins either. In the morning, the only normal food is an omelet that is made outside. It is necessary to ask for it to be done. The rice porridge is cold.
The mashed potatoes are not tasty. But there are a lot of cakes. But you have to take them right away, otherwise the Arabs grab everything at once.in the dining room, everything is bad with drinks. it is dirty and you can swim in it until 17:00. The sand is dirty on the beach. They smoke on the beach all the time. But there is a reef with fish. The staff is very friendly. When I first moved into the room, there was no toilet paper, towels and soap. You need to ask for all this at the reception. There was a very loud refrigerator in my room, and if you put water in it, it would freeze.
I do not advise you to come here.
The hotel is completely destroyed, the furniture from the 70s, as well as the renovation, for an amateur, I personally did not appreciate. Whoever writes about the solid four there has never eaten anything sweeter than turnips. There is a private beach within a 10-minute walk, which is a plus. The staff is polite, almost everyone speaks Russian and English, explaining what is needed is not a problem. Cleaning apparently happens, since the tip was taken away. Cunning guides are sitting in the lobby, they have squeezed the change and mixed up the tours, fans of dates will come in.
A simple hotel, does not cause much admiration, as well as claims, it was a long time ago, but I think it has not changed much.

In general, an ordinary Egyptian hotel, the room stock, to put it mildly, is not the first freshness, it is poorly cleaned. But a good location, a pleasant landscape on the territory of the hotel, good food
There are no advantages, my husband died there. In general, some terrible stories are happening with tourists in Egypt. I don't advise anyone. Guys, take care of yourself.
Great hotel, the room is simple but clean, the staff is respectful, the restaurant is great, the service is excellent, the beach is good! I'll go again! Thank you for your hospitality!
Although the hotel has three stars, it pulls in 4 (all individually).Good kitchen, bottled water as much as needed for free, cleaning every day. From 16-17 they give you as much ice cream as you want.
A nice sandy beach (with children is a big plus) but you need to walk to the beach for 10 minutes (for us it was an extra reason to walk) Beach towels are provided.
Naama Bay Center. The old town is not far away and Soho is close, you can take a minibus.
Animation:for children, dancing every evening for 10 minutes, for adults they also try to come up with something, yoga, volleyball, table tennis, billiards.(but still a weak animation)
We rested with friends from 11. 03 to 22. 03, we chose the hotel according to reviews, we were not mistaken, we liked everything, the food was excellent, the room was good, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot without interruptions, cleaning was offered, but we cleaned ourselves, we hardly used the bar, we took alcohol in duty free, the pool is clean, the sea is close, the price - quality corresponds, you can give the hotel four stars, if you manage to visit Egypt again, then we will go to this hotel without hesitation.
Disgusting... service, staff, room... It's filthy to the point of disgust... the staff is boorish, becomes more or less accommodating after you put some money in, the beach of the hotel is a separate topic... I haven't seen a dirtier beach and more brazen staff for a long time...in general, I strongly advise against it.
Excellent quality for 3*, I'm going there again in January!)
I would give everything 4.5*😂
I was especially pleased with the attitude of the staff. And the room is no worse than in 4-5 star hotels, or was I lucky
Service, at the level, the solution of emerging issues is fast.Minus one star, there are practically no fruits and the Internet is very bad.The food is delicious, the pastries are also very tasty and in huge quantities.
The waiters are great, the bartenders are wonderful.
In principle, I liked everything.
Everything is old and dirty.
First, the breeding ground: you will be settled in a pigsty (see photo). I think in the hope of getting money for providing a better room. And the rooms are passable.
The food is meager and tasteless - poisoning is guaranteed.
2 stars, not just one for the fact that after the demand to change the hotel (!), the lazy and disrespectful staff began to try to pretend that they were trying to pretend that they were trying to move a little.
A so-so hotel, of course, the room was not cleaned, the plumbing is all crying, you wash your face, the water flows from somewhere below, you ask several times to be cleaned... The food is the same throughout the entire vacation...

We had a rest in November 2019, we had a question whether to go to 5 for 10 days or to the cheapest for 14, we chose Falcon Naama Star and did not regret it.There was always alcohol, undiluted, on both bars, as it happens in 4 bars in Turkey. There has always been beer. The food is excellent, the order in the dining room, animation, amazing for 3, cleaning regularly. The faucet in the sink was leaking, we turned it off.The sea is 12min, the beach is a little crowded. There are few young people.and so, if you look at the bill, everything is OK.
Good time of day. Vacationing with friends October 2019. I'll start with the negative, which hurt especially.
1. There is never any beer on the bar.
Come at 12.00 it will be.
You don't come. Later at 16.00
, Then the same situation....
One answer: "Later"....
It's terrible!
2. The rooms are a bit dirty. Soap, shampoo
No, never. It is very stuffy in the rooms on
The 1st floor is internal. It feels like this
how there is not enough air ...
3. Stupid tickets for the entrance to the beach.
I forgot to take it to the reception, I got to
the beach, and you go back for the ticket.
Not close, downhill.
the feeling that there is nothing to breathe.
4. I would not return for free.
I don't remember the positive.((
A good, inexpensive hotel, although three stars, but the service is 4+. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach in the center of Naama Bay. The beach is good, the entrance is cavernous, there is a reef, there are no boats.
She works out her stars completely: there are no questions about food and service. Questions are only for cleaning: it is easier to clean the room yourself when checking in and not let the cleaners into the room further, because in fact they only smear dirt. The only thing is that the service in the medical room is wildly expensive: ointment from a wound is 10 times more expensive than at the pharmacy across the street. But there was no choice: the blood from the cut was pouring out of his leg and he couldn't walk. But a week later I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out the price at the pharmacy. It is also not worth buying excursions at the hotel in advance: firstly, it is more expensive, and secondly, in case of force majeure, you can fully refund the money only through the police, as was the case in my case due to a leg wound.
I didn't like the service at the bar, when you don't come there is no beer, if there is, it is very warm. There is no menu for cocktails, i.e. the name, composition. We didn't see the 15-minute welcome massage (promised)It's a long way to the beach. The rooms are dead, but there is also nothing for an additional fee
.Dry cleaning,laundry,tea/coffee in the rooms,Jacuzzi, gym, spa, currency exchange and more-this is not about this hotel
I went with a girl for 7 days. Firstly, the rooms are given immediately disgusting. You need to knock out a good number, or pay for 3 bucks a day. The second is cleaning. I always asked to clean the room when we are not there, in the end they always come when we are in the room (whatever they give us). One day they left and left 20 pounds on the table, after cleaning they were gone. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. Fourth, they feed well, but they get bored, there is no variety. And the fifth is wet. And the hotel is full of Arabs! It's swarming! Russians are 5-8 percent of the force! Girls are poured with their eyes if they start to climb and harass without a boyfriend.
My rating clearly reflects both the star rating and the level of this hotel. And this is just another advance due to the type of friendly receptionists and a good bartender, everything else is right here closer to two stars. I understand that this three-piece is most likely a bankrupt four and therefore everything is so messy, but fuck them, is there really no way to do general cleaning so that mold in the shower does not grow like frost in the freezer or once again go in with a screwdriver and twist everything that has fallen off, I'm not talking about any more serious repair work which this hostel has been missing for a long time. And this is only a small part of what I want to say.

We got great pleasure for the coziness and comfort. The center, close to the sea, peace and quiet rest!!! Thanks!!!
Wi-Fi is almost not working. A large swimming pool without heating, the water is like in an ice hole. The bar often runs out of alcoholic drinks, or the bartenders refuse to pour. I do not advise you to come here.
Good budget 3, there are rooms with a balcony, without a balcony. Wi-fi in the lobby. It is not far from the center, there is a place to walk. A city hotel, you have to go to the beach
Egyptian service : the rooms are dirty, the hair dryer is not working, napkins are on demand in the restaurant. There are 90% Arabs. It's a long way to the sea. Otherwise, it's fine.
Very worn furniture. The food is monotonous. You need to take a ticket to the beach and walk for 15 minutes, maybe you'll be lucky to have a place. The shower and toilet are tin.
