Like it. Polite staff. Good kitchen, within walking distance. Cozy rooms. The territory is being improved before our eyes.
I didn't manage to visit the bathhouse, but I think it's a matter of time. Yes, and the donkey... that's the highlight :) The kids will have something to entertain themselves with.

The most delicious pizza in Minsk, at least the fact that it comes from the oven makes it unique. Previously, they took only the classic ones, but now they tried the Hawaiian one. This version has not been tried anywhere, it is especially delicious with a dorble, and the board with cottage cheese made you eat everything to the last crumb. A direct hit to the heart!!! Our favorite. We recommend it!

We stayed in falvarka for three days in a family apartment. We traveled by car, so getting to the center of Minsk from the hotel is not a problem, 20 minutes. Keep in mind only that parking is difficult in the center. The hotel itself is the nicest! Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. There is a kitchenette with a set of dishes for 4 people, a large refrigerator, a kettle. There is a small playground and trampolines on site. In the restaurant, which is right there, the pizza is really good. According to the menu, it seemed expensive, they did not order.
In general, it is clear that the soul is invested and the staff is very kind and try to make the guests feel good.

I was at the Falvarak Kupala pizzeria in Senica and was satisfied. We also ordered pizza to take away several times. It's always delicious. The prices are adequate. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the staff is responsive and friendly. All the dishes are cooked quickly. In general, we were very pleased with the prices and quality of the dishes. I will definitely come here again.

Review of the restaurant. The four of us came here to celebrate Christmas. First of all, they asked if we could go to the second floor, to which they received an answer: "You can, but for a limited time." We decided to stay on the terrace, which, as it turned out later, was blown through (this is in the cold -14). I had to sit in jackets until the man at the next table brought blankets for his family. They asked him where he got them (in such a cold, the waiters could offer blankets themselves, without forcing the guests to organize themselves).
No one warns about the waiting time. We waited for 2 pizzas for 50 minutes, despite the fact that at the next table, where they also ordered 2 pizzas at the same time, the order was brought 20 minutes earlier.
There was a hair in one of the pizzas. The waitress took the plate with a slice of pizza. I had to wait for a clean plate too.
As an apology, they brought 1 serving of ice cream. The freezing guests in jackets and blankets on the cold terrace chose to serve ice cream (!!!).
The pizza that they managed to try is ordinary, it does not pull at the "best in the city" and is not worth such terrible service.
If you order tea in a cup, they will bring you a cheap tea bag. Homemade wine at a price of 35 rubles per liter is served as if warmed up, which is why it smells of fermented berries.

We celebrated Graduation in this place! EVERYTHING worked out: the weather, a magnificent large territory (with a trampoline, swings, lovely animals and the opportunity to "chat" with them). It was possible to leave things in the cozy rooms of the manor (and even spend the night for those who especially want to)). The restaurant itself is large with VERY TASTY cuisine, WE were well met and escorted))ALL the staff of the Manor! Thank you for your EXCELLENT work🙌 I recommend it for weddings, proms and any celebration💯

The real score is 4.5, but let's round it up. They chose it because they let you with a dog. There are two advantages for this, but when they arrived at night, they barely found a watchman - a minus. Breakfast is not a buffet, it's a minus for us. Friendly staff, but they said about the extra charge for the dog a day later. Service in a broad sense-as everywhere in the Republic of Belarus is not a strong point. Very close to the road.

The guest house is located at the intersection of the Minsk ring road and one of the external routes. It takes 20 minutes to get to the center by taxi, through Yandex GO comfort class goes for 300 rubles. A pleasant restaurant on the ground floor, but its main specialization is different types of pizza, there is also no beer or alcohol in general. But the breakfasts are great, I advise you to take a Belarusian breakfast. They cook on the spot, so you should be patient. The hotel staff is very friendly.
By the numbers - we were in a family room - it's a huge three-room room, more like an apartment.
The rooms are quiet, the neighbors and loud music are not heard. The children liked the trampolines - they are free and save when waiting in the restaurant. Parking at the hotel is free.
What didn't you like
We stayed for 3 nights, during this time we did not do any cleaning. There is no air conditioning in the room - it's stuffy in the evening.

We had a rest in July, an unambiguous recommendation of the restaurant, the pizza is mega tasty, at the request they brought a Rib Eye steak directly to the room, the serving surprised. Special thanks to the staff. It's quiet and cozy at home, clean, feels like a cottage. There was a donkey and chickens on the territory.

Nice Rooms, friendly staff, constant room cleaning, Towel replacement. For lovers of outdoor living, where there is space and a sense of freedom! The convenient location of the hotel to the city, as it is located next to the MKAD and you can get anywhere in the city in 20-25 minutes without any traffic jams. Exotic- a Donkey standing in a field, I don't know the nickname, but apparently Yasha, who reminded himself of himself every hour with his pleasant voice😊 excellent European cuisine, including Belarusian, delicious cold brew! Excellent receptionist Julia, very pretty, pleasant and attentive, constantly monitors the entire process at the hotel and responds with all her heart to requests and questions! We were with a hunting dog and we were allowed to keep it in the room, especially since the location of the hotel allows us to walk with animals in nature. The only drawbacks that we felt, because we were in July, were that there was no air conditioner and Refrigerator in the room, but they made concessions to us and put our drinks in their refrigerator. Thank you very much for everything! We will miss you and will definitely come back. Greetings from Krasnodar!
