When Familia appeared in Grodno, I was very happy (I know him from other countries and cities). The first 2 weeks brought great stuff. But then the whole nonsense began: new things practically stopped being imported, and what is being imported is 90% defective, and the price tag is almost like new. On many items, the price tag is higher than it was previously for manufacturers at discounts. And the guards immediately stopped looking (in the first 2 weeks they stood over us like overseers, it was very unpleasant). Shoes are generally defective, no matter what I try on — either scratched, or one foot is wider than the other, and so on. I bought tablespoons — the edges scratch the tongue. I'm shocked. The last time I was there, I bought socks, I think at least the socks will be normal! The elastic band on my ankle is pressing so hard that I had to cut it off... (I attach a photo), although my ankles are very thin. Frankly disappointed. In other cities, the situation is completely different.

I really liked the store. A huge selection of goods. Friendly staff. Many thanks to the administrator who helped with the delivery of the purchased items to the car. And those who write that you were not allowed to sit on a chair...so you're sitting on a chair at home, not in a store, offended) In a word, I'm delighted with this store

Andrey Dmukhovsky is a senior administrator who does not monitor the condition of the store's equipment, but believes that he is a security officer who can conduct a personal search up to an inspection without clothes. Turnstiles squeak after you enter their store and almost immediately leave without picking up anything. In fact, the turnstile beeps whenever it pleases. The store is obliged to adjust the equipment in its store. No one reimbursed the time spent, and Andrei Dmukhovsky himself did not apologize properly for his rudeness. I went in for a minute and spent 30 without my desire.
