Alas, the nail service in this salon leaves much to be desired.
He deteriorated too quickly(
After getting a manicure 2 times from Tatiana's master.
I realized that the first impression about the work of this master and about the master himself was deceptive.
The first time I made a jacket, master Tatiana did her job quickly enough, but for me this is not the main thing.
The manicure was neat, it was obvious that Tatiana was trying her best.
But I didn't notice it the second time.
Because on the second day after the manicure, the nail polish peeled off.
Then after a few days, I noticed that some more nails also started peeling off.
I'll list some nuances . :
Firstly, the haste of this master in his work greatly hinders the quality.
The manicure turns out to be of poor quality in that it is noticeable to the naked eyes that the gel polish was not evenly applied to the nail at all.
Somewhere thinner, somewhere thicker.
Due to this work, the gel polish flakes off from the native nail.
Secondly, the master does not worry about the villi and dust on the nails, before covering the nails with gel or finish, the master inattentively examines the nails for villi and dust particles from the sawdust.
Thirdly, it does not degrease the nail well.
And fourthly, having come to the warranty case, master Tatiana did not choose the right gel polish and some of the colors that were by design.
P.S. Otherwise, it was clear that the master was not worried about his work.
The second trip to this salon for a manicure disappointed me.

02/23/2025 I made eyebrows in this studio. (Modeling, correction, styling) I can't say anything about applying different formulations, it's a common job, but I didn't like the word correction at all. It was done only with tweezers, without wax. When I asked why there was no wax, they said they didn't want to heat it up again and needed to warn me in advance if I wanted to make wax. How strange it is to save money on such cheap consumables. The master also said that in 90% of cases she does not need wax, she will do everything with tweezers. I came home and realized that I was the 91%. To date, I have a lot of hairs that have not been removed, and the color of my eyebrows leaves much to be desired. I asked for the most natural color, now I go with black eyebrows and wait for the paint to come off. Everyone appreciated it at work and my eyebrows were the main topic of the day, but I made the team laugh. The photo shows the hairs that were not removed and this is on the 2nd day after the procedure. I think I just gave 60 rubles, very nice.

It all depends on the master. I got a haircut here a month ago, I really liked how they cut it, I thought I found my place. It's time to get a haircut again and of course I signed up here. There was another master, showed a photo of the previous haircut. I was very sorry that I did not contact exactly the master who was the first time. They cut it just awful, so it's a shame to show up in public now. There is simply no vision of men's haircuts. The result is a spoiled mood and no desire to show up in public for 2 weeks, until this horror grows at least a little and it will be possible to fix everything. I am very disappointed in such masters and how they, having no idea about beautiful haircuts, get down to business and create such horror.

They position themselves as a beauty studio, but the masters are like from an ordinary barbershop, where they like to collect all the gossip. I once visited master Oksana, as a master everything is OK, but these gossips about the lives of people I don't know, very much strained me, as well as the whole conversations. I came for a favor, not to chat. Plus, my husband recently went for a haircut, I do not know the name of the master, but to openly say that he has bad hair and get a haircut, that he began to look like he was cut at home with a machine, also somehow all this is doubtful and not professional. The man asked for a haircut the way he is usually cut and was always satisfied. And here the master imposed her opinion and vision.

It's a disgusting place! I would like to appeal to the management of this institution - teach your employees to communicate with customers without personal comments and characteristics. For the first time in my life I had to face such outright rudeness. I really regret that I did not solve this problem on the spot! The very quality of services is also far from being up to par, so one star is a very high mark for such a peculiar approach to customers!

But I was more impressed by my second visit to Master Tatiana…
I couldn't get to my master and signed up for this salon.On the day of recording, they called me and said that the master was ill, but they would come up with something, as a result, the master came back from vacation.I wear short nails at the root, an ordinary square and ask me to strengthen my nails.Everything was fine at the manicure, the only thing the master constantly forgot about my problem finger (the skin grows on the nail) and sawed at the meat, which hurt me and after the manicure the varnish was on the skin.A day after the manicure, my nail was chipped, I was booked for repair in 3 days.And the receptionist told me to file my own nail so that it wouldn't bother me these days.In 3 days, I had 2 more nails chipped off and there were detachments.I came to repair the already very aggressive Tatiana.Who raised her voice at me, talked boorishly and in every possible way showed her unwillingness to redo anything.She said that there was no problem and I could fix my nails myself, but there were no chips at all, I sawed off the corners for myself so that my manicure was redone, and at the manicure itself 3 days ago I (literally) jumped dissatisfied with everything!To my argument that I paid the money and I want to walk with even nails, I was told "everyone pays, you're not the only one!".I was also told that I was ungrateful, because it was only because of me that she went on her vacation (and it doesn't matter that I signed up for a manicure and it's their problem that the master got sick).After the repair, I came home with crooked nails, I and the master apparently have a different idea of the shape of a square.In general, there are a lot of impressions, and even after repairs, the nails were chipped during the week🤷🏻♀️Again, the manicure of this salon took a week.I think they should specify 45 rubles in the price list-a week of socks).I attach a photo of the "lack of a problem" and how I sawed off my nails myself, as well as how I was repaired)

I completely agree with the reviews about the weekly manicure - I did it 2 times, I don't do it anymore. Haircuts are also for 3 weeks.. men's curves, women's, for example, castad is not ideal.
In general, many people like it, the staff is friendly. For me personally ...not my salon.
