I came to this institution for a consultation. I was met by the administrator, a very nice and nice girl (only because of her I put 2 stars, although I need to put 0). I came half an hour earlier, when my time came, a red-haired nurse (I don't know her name) came out to me and told me to follow her to the doctor's office. From the very threshold, she was dissatisfied with something, always rolling her eyes and being rude. At first I decided not to pay attention and it was a mistake. The doctor examined me and told me to go for a tooth scan. This procedure was performed by the same nurse. She told me to wash my hands, which I did. When I turned my head, I saw that the nurse was rolling her eyes at these actions of mine, and it was clear from her face that I was annoying her with something. I want to forget what happened next. I never thought that I would have a gastroscopy session instead of a picture. From this procedure, tears froze in my eyes, because it was very painful and unpleasant. Even then, I wanted to get up and leave altogether. And the nurse seemed to enjoy torturing me. After this hell, I will NEVER come back here again. I paid the money to be tortured...

Very good doctors Molchanova Natalia Vasilyevna (she put crowns on me a few years ago in Orsha, and then I got to her in a Femilident) and Markevich Victoria Alexandrovna (she saved me when she turned to acute pain, and she did not do anything with the tooth, but simply prescribed treatment that relieved inflammation and The pain was gone, and K. The tooth turned out to be healthy). With all this, there is a doctor, Vieru Anna Vladimirovna. I won't go to her for any money. I wanted to remove a nerve in a healthy tooth, just because I can't read pictures! She threw a tantrum that I had covid after she said that I had a fever because of the acute pain. Thank God Markevich V.A. was with her in the office, who took it upon herself to look at me and, let's say, saved me!

I have been treating teeth at Family-Dent dentistry for the last few years, including applying for the treatment of complex problem teeth. Excellent attitude towards patients. The specialists are experienced and professional (I visited doctors Anna Vladimirovna Vieru and Victoria Alexandrovna Markevich), the doctor made an absolutely accurate diagnosis from the picture, which was subsequently confirmed by 100% (in other clinics they threw up their hands), gave recommendations that helped me a lot. New equipment, reasonable prices. We treat the child's teeth here, the mother did prosthetics. Thank you very much!

An excellent clinic, I came for a couple of days, healed 3 teeth in a couple of hours, the only thing was that I got sick myself, the injection was serious and I did not know my dosage, but the smart stomatologist stayed close, worried more than I did, after I felt bad, the doctor quickly brought me to normal feelings, give God of health and success to this girl and her family. After pulpitis, my nerve was removed and over time the tooth began to deteriorate. I delayed going to the dentist for a long time and was preparing for tooth extraction. When I turned to Family-Dent dentistry, I just exhaled after the first appointment! I was pleased that if I tightened a little more, I would have to increase the crown on the pin or install a prosthesis. Molchanova Natalia Vasilyevna is a real professional! She was worried about my tooth as if it were her own!! She talked about the pros and cons of crowns. I decided to put it out of ceramics and composite, because in case of chipping it is easy to "cure" and does not need to be replaced with a new one. I am incredibly grateful to her! She was caring, commented on her every action. Now I will only go to her and recommend it to everyone!

I've changed a lot of dental clinics, but I've never been as comfortable as here...A personal wardrobe, your own X-ray room, and most importantly - the attitude of doctor Anna Vladimirovna Vieru to patients. Yes, yes, it is to the patients, and not to the clients, as in many clinics. This is important to me personally. It is felt that the doctor loves his job, constantly improves and applies the latest technologies in treatment. No one has ever offered me to make front teeth exactly the way Anna Vladimirovna made them for me. Usually the fillings did not last very long and the previous dentists did not even risk giving me a guarantee for their work. I really liked the communication during the treatment, which distracted from the usual jitters before the procedures, as well as the view from the window to our drama theater...you sit there, look at it and remember how many decades ago you were last there.))
Anna Vladimirovna, thank you for your attitude to the profession. Keep it up!)

With sincere gratitude, I would like to thank Dr. Viera Anna Vladimirovna for her professionalism of the highest level, attention and kindness, and express my admiration for her skill. I turned to Anna Vladimirovna several times in difficult situations when it came to removal, and she always found an opportunity to save the "doomed" teeth. I enrolled the child to replace the temporary filling in the milk tooth. The cost of 30-40 rubles was announced on the phone, in fact it turned out to be 140. A certain Yuri, either the administrator or the Director, also made a fool of him. Filling in a baby tooth 140 r!!!!!
After the call, their staff turned out to be 125.
They did not say what they would do, they did not consult, but they counted 5 rubles for it.
There is no receipt, I cannot provide it.
If you were told one amount, take 3-4 times more.
The difference is 100 rubles, it's a nightmare!!!!
