Very nice hotel! Everything you need is there, the hosts are very hospitable! The kitchen in the restaurant is on top!!.It is very close to the ski lift and shopping streets on foot!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We really like the family atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are clean, there is a small sauna, everything is as it should be for breakfast - eggs, toast, cereals, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc
. We quietly walked to the lift, leaving the snowboard with the brother of the hotel owner next to the lifts.
Luchezar (the owner) will always help - and the thermal bath will advise the mechanic.

Great hotel.Excellent staff.
We stayed there in February. It was warm in the rooms and in general in the hotel.
On the ground floor they have their own restaurant with Very tasty food and reasonable prices.
For those with ski equipment, there is a separate room (dryer) for boots and equipment

It was the second time. It's all good. The owners are kind, helpful people. The word "family" in the title is not in vain. Everything is sincere, homely. The last time was in February 2016. During this time, the rooms were redecorated and the beds were changed. The rooms are clean (daily cleaning), warm, bright. The food is delicious. Come, you won't regret it.
