The service is so-so, just like everywhere else. Double-check with the officials what you ordered. There is not much politeness. They like to remind you about tea, although they do not deserve it. But the cook is just space. In the upper Family House (there are two of them), the service is twice as bad.
Khinkali, dolma, the signature hot dish is above all praise. Khinkali is the best in Yerevan, and I have tried them almost everywhere.
I'll give you one star so that the waiters start loving the customers a little.

A super establishment. The menu, the service, the atmosphere are at the highest level. Khinkali are divine, dumplings too. The homemade wine is very tasty. I recommend it to everyone to visit!!

We went in at random, after there were no empty seats in another place. The sign says that they have the best Khinkali in the world. And I'll tell you, Khinkali are crazy. Eat, and tears come to your eyes. We didn't even eat such delicious ones in Georgia.
Now we will compare all Khinkali in new places with these Yerevan ones and shake our heads that they do not reach
Homemade wine is also very decent. And we tried salads - the portions are large and very tasty.
Here below in the reviews they write that it's a long wait and poor service. Everything was fine with us. The dishes were served quickly, simultaneously.

Probably the best khinkal in Transcaucasia. It's not the first time I've been there. In 2021, repeatedly and now in 2023, the quality is consistently at the highest level. And not only khinkali and homemade wine. The atmosphere itself, the service, and the price tag evokes only positive emotions. I recommend.

Khinkali is excellent, really the best in Yerevan. And hash is just perfect!The menu has classic Armenian cuisine, everything is prepared "from under the knife", so you will have to wait a little hotter. The service is excellent, polite waiters will always help with the choice.

We went there by accident. We were very hungry and decided to eat khinkali.We made an order from boiled hinkali and waited. As a result, according to the results of the past time, after about 20 minutes of waiting, khinkali did not appear on our table, but at the same time, at the next table, people who came later than us were already eating fried khinkali. Similarly, another nearby table was also served earlier than us. After my indignation, a rather nimble waiter began to claim that they cook for about 25 minutes. I asked, do fried ones cook faster?? - he replied that it was even longer.! So we can conclude - if you want to wait and have plates of food float past you - please, because the khinkali really were Fabulous, but the service is TERRIBLE!!!!

Khinkali is delicious. The service is disgusting. I noticed that the neighboring tables were served faster, although we came earlier. The waiters never smiled or reacted to "thank you", "goodbye", complete disregard. The serving of dishes on the table was with absolute silence.
The disrespectful and unfriendly attitude of the waiters was evident. We would have ordered more, but it was unpleasant to sit there.
We will no longer come and advise others.

Khinkali is not the most delicious as they say. They regret the meat, the cheese is too salty.
IMPORTANT: pay attention to the receipt. Their "program crashes". I was first given a check for 16 thousand with extra points, then for 10 thousand and in the end the correct check for 6 thousand.

Khinkali is excellent, but if you decide to order something else, you will wait a very long time and get very tasty. I ordered chicken and potatoes. The potatoes turned out to be something like baked fries. It's raw and not tasty. I barely scraped a couple of pieces of meat off the chicken bones. In general, I threw a ball for Khinkali. My friend liked them.
