On the recommendation of friends, we went to the
Family House restaurant. I immediately liked the cozy atmosphere. A friendly, humorous waiter came up to us. We looked at the menu and wanted to try a lot of things. The waiter recommended ordering different dishes. We tried everything we ordered! We ate and were satisfied. And that means the food was delicious and healthy! We were offered a signature salad with beef and walnuts. Fried khinkali. Everything is insanely delicious! We got a gastronomic pleasure! We recommend and recommend the Family House restaurant to us, no shame!

Fast service, beautiful serving of dishes.

We ordered: homemade pickles, tolma and fried khinkali with meat and cheese.
The dishes were delicious,
I especially liked the dough from khinkali, it seemed layered to me.
The portions are large.
We couldn't finish everything we ordered, so they put it in a takeaway tray.
Additionally, service is included in the bill +10%.

We went to this khinkali restaurant to taste real Armenian khinkali on the advice of our guide, Yerevan Bilmondo). Khinkali really turned out to be very tasty, juicy, and big! The food here is really delicious, the place is atmospheric and homely. But there is one very big BUT, which, unfortunately, spoiled the whole impression of the institution. The waiters absolutely do not know how to perform their duties, no kindness and a complete lack of service, for which we paid anyway. They did not deliver the dish, because they did not repeat the order, they threw the menu, the elementary question "is everything okay, did you like everything?» We didn't hear it. It is a pity that we could not figure out this situation on the spot, because the administrator was absent.

Amazing khinkali! The best in the city and I'm not afraid to say that even in Tbilisi there are none.
The staff is hyper-friendly, the service is fast. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat very tasty food without special expectations of exquisite interiors.

Incredibly delicious khinkali. My preference is boiled with meat, but no less delicious boiled with cheese. Fans of deep-frying can also eat fried khinkali. A delightful place! Khinkali is really very tasty. We took kharcho, khinkali, salad and mountain tea. The waiters here are gallant, calm men, quite friendly. We liked it. I'm currently writing a review while I'm here for the second time. I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances who will be in Yerevan. I want to say thank you and see you soon!

We asked the waiter twice if there was cilantro in khinkali. He replied that he did not. We received the order, and to my horror there was cilantro! I have a genetic intolerance to this spice, and the dish smelled like bedbugs to me. I couldn't place an order. There was no apology. It's a pity, the minced meat without coriander was delicious, but I couldn't pick it out... Unfortunately, there is no desire to return anymore :(

During my three weeks in Yerevan, it was the most delicious and authentic food.
We were especially pleased with the signature dishes and the addition of cognac to them, if your wife forbids you to drink, take note!
There is also tea with cognac, it seems strange at first, but then you realize that it is perfect for khinkali 😀

Попали сюда случайно. Увидели, что много людей и решили остаться. Помещение небольшое, но уютное. Меню разнообразное и вкусное. Цены доступные. Еда как дома -ощущения, что готовят для тебя лично.
Были первый раз в Ереване и это было первое место, куда зашли поесть. Остались приятные впечатления. Ведь как сказал царь Соломон, «нет для человека ничего лучше, чем есть и пить … это — от истинного Бога».
С удовольствием придём ещё. Рекомендуем!

Хотим поблагодарить коллектив ресторана «Family House» за радушный приём и обслуживание. Это отличное место для отдыха. Нам очень понравились приготовленные блюда. Мы наслаждались их вкусом, ели с большим аппетитом и удовольствием.
Один мудрец, как-то сказал: «Я понял, что нет для человека ничего лучше, чем радоваться и делать в жизни добро, и что человек должен есть и пить, и получать удовольствие от своего труда. Это дар Бога» (Экклезиаст 3:12,13).

Delicious khinkali, cooked and brought quickly
Cons: the check (completely in Armenian) included a 12% Tax clause, when the waiter brought the bill, he said that the amount did not include service; when clarifying what Tax was, he said that it was the rental price (and muttered something like that)
They did not leave a tip (the service is standard), looked at the back like a wolf, did not reciprocate goodbye

Брали хинкали: отварные, жареные и с сыром, все было очень вкусно и недорого (350 драм за шт). На вывеске написано, что «самые лучшие в мире». Не знаю, как за мир, но в моей жизни это самые лучшие хинкали по соотношению цена/качество. Даже в соседней Грузии так вкусно не делают. Само заведение выглядит приятно, на фоне играла приятная итальянская музыка.
В предыдущих отзывах люди жаловались на обслуживание. Полагаю, тут как повезет. Официант, который принимал заказ был не особо приветлив, на нас вообще не смотрел, отвечал очень холодно, в конце даже не попрощался. Но кроме как принять заказ, он с нами более не контактировал и еду приносили другие официанты, которые работали хорошо, постоянно подходили менять посуду, забирать салфетки и тд. Еда вкусная, обслуживание - как повезет.

Безумно вкусные хинкали! Пробовала варенные хинкали с мясом и жаренные с сыром. Лучший компот из вишни, что я когда-либо пробовала в заведениях. Обслуживание очень внимательное и дружелюбное.
Начитавшись некоторых негативных отзывов, сомневалась, стоит ли идти, но мне все очень понравилось и теперь буду приходить за хинкалями только сюда :)
P.S многие недовольны, что по умолчанию в счет включают процент за обсуждение и из-за этого занижают рейтинг. Но такая политика абсолютно во всех заведениях и эти «чаевые» не идут официантам. Если мне нравится обслуживание, я всегда дополнительно даю чаевые отдельно от счета.

Хинкали бомба пушка! Сочные, горячие, с хорошим мясом и тестом, большие. Я пробовал много хинкали, есть с чем сравнить. И эти прям на уровне!
По поводу обслуживания. Да мужчины работают суровые, улыбаются мало, смотрят хмуро, но если ты к ним с душой, то и они к тебе по-доброму. Меня обслужили очень быстро и вежливо, хотя был уже поздний вечер.
Единственное, что хочется конечно чтобы у ребят подвал сменился на помещение с окнами 😁

Две звезды за реально очень вкусную еду. Все остальное тихий кошмар. Зайдя в заведение на наше «доброго дня» нам даже никто ничего не ответил, мы подошли к официанту с вопросом будет ли у них стол на двоих, с крайне недовольным лицом нас молча провели в зал и указали на неубранный стол. Мы присели и минут 6 ждали, что к нам кто-то подойдет с меню и с тем, чтобы собственно столик убрать, все происходящее навевало ощущение, что нам делают в целом одолжение, нам были не рады и это было бы слишком мягко сказано. На нас буквально не обращали внимание даже если поднимали руку и активно пытались позвать работников, приходилось вставать из-за стола и жути самому решать свои проблемы с обслуживанием. Еду принесли довольно быстро, и. Это действительно единственный плюс. Так что не ходите сюда, лучше закажите эти шикарные хинкали домой, они правда очень вкусные.

Офигенски вкусная еда 😋 очень уютно, чисто, красиво. Работают в новогодние праздники, что для Еревана просто чудо))) хинкали бомба, особенно жареные! И отдельная благодарность официанту Артуру. Чувство юмора и вежливость на высоте. Однозначно всем советую сходить сюда пообедать:)

Были тут пару раз, очень вкусный ресторан.
Хинкали (10/10),
Салат цезарь (одной порции хватит на двоих),
Супы и пельмени тоже (10/10),
Приятная атмосфера, много русских.
В первый раз обслуживание было не включено в счет, второй раз было включено (этого не понял).

My wife and child tried their boiled khinkali, they say it's delicious. I didn't wait for my fried ones. After the reminder, 2 were brought instead of 6, obviously left over from the next table. Of course, they did not tolerate such piggishness, they paid off and left. It is doubtful that we will recommend it to someone and of course we will not return.
