The queue is awful and the staff isn't responsible at all, maybe like all state hospitals.

They take patients for a very long time. There were 5 doctors and nurses in one office. One patient was there for 25 minutes. No procedures, just a consultation. The second one was within 10 minutes, and I left. Very slowly. There are few places to wait. 3 chairs for 3 offices. Grandma came to pay zero attention to her. Although she asked to have her blood pressure measured.

The registry is working very slowly, a question for the administration, for some reason there are few people on coupons, you can wait in line for 30 minutes, coupons run out to get to the doctor, you have to climb out of line and ask to open an additional coupon and go back to the registry. A headache!
The biggest + is our ENT doctor, very competent, does not prescribe too much, always in touch. Thank you very much for your professionalism.
