First thing first, thank you so much for the huge help and attention of Fandeco shop located in Rostov.
We are a young couple who recently married, and we were looking for chandeliers, lights and electrical sockets and switches. With the huge help of Anastasia, we could get what we wanted in the best way. It is worth underlining the following points: patience, customer care and attention and good prices.
All the significant topics that I mentioned up there, Fandeco shop and, specifically, Anastasia already had! As a simple man, I was so pleased with the way that Anastasia and her friends treated my wife and with our design project we could choose the most appropriate products.
On the other hand, if you are going to have the opportunity to work with Anastasia, go for it! You won’t regret it! She is so capable of her job and basically the harmony of the chandelier with your design projects!
Meanwhile, we had a product that we had to replace due to our mistake, and they were very helpful in this regard. We only needed to bring the invoice for our products, and they credited the money on our card.
Since we have been dealing with the construction of our home, we have had the opportunity to visit many shops. Here it will be out of topic, but I want to mention a lovely detail that Anastasia and Fandeco shop have;
Originally, I’m from Turkey and my wife is Russian. We have a culture in my hometown that whenever you visit a shop, you are immediately offered coffee, water, a drink if you are lucky enough to a meal too. However, I could not see the same here until we met with Fandeco and Anastasia. She always treated us amazingly and made us feel much more comfortable.

Очень понравился салон света. Очень широкий ассортимент непосредственно в салоне. Также тут помогут подобрать нужный вариант из ассортимента интернет магазина. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень понравилось работать с менеджером Ильей. Помог подобрать люстры и лампочки к ним в соответствии с особенностями помещения. Спасибо большое! Обязательно вернусь подбирать свет только сюда.
