I really like the furniture! Design, quality, cost.
But the customer orientation is simply zero :(
Starting with the fact that no one answers the phone from the website, does not call back, the furniture is custom-made, as it turned out, for 60 days, but the finale is that they are made in Mogilev and pickup can only be from Bobruisk!!!! Although there is a company store in Minsk! But it feels like the Brbruisk and Minsk store are not connected.
But even when signing the furniture contract, they communicated with us as if they didn't care at all that we were buying something)))
In general, if the company had tightened up sales and communication with customers, it would have been a leader in the RB market. And so the quality of the furniture will not make itself a leader)

It's a good store and the furniture is not bad, but minus one star for the production or delivery time! They said they bought a bed within three months.ordered in December 2024, delivered in February 2025.MADE IN AGUSTA 2024, why I traveled from Mogilev for three months is not clear!
