It's a creepy place.... How many people have already broken their legs on the stairs? Was the food always of this quality? And did the waiters always pour drinks from bottle to bottle? And they were always rude to visitors, too. In short, I don't advise anyone.
Well-decorated room, delicious cuisine, good service. Disgusting live music. This music ruined the whole experience. I wanted to go up and ask them to turn on the disco.
Excellent banquet hall. A spacious room for a wedding celebration. Beautiful design, Two large screens for showing videos and photos. Good serving of delicious dishes.
The restaurant is great,we came to the bridesmaid's wedding, engagement, separation thank you Balnur did the job so that our daughter was ready, she replied, quickly, ademi, cleanly many thanks, many thanks, service bird
Damdi's joke is in the food
Thanks
The kitchen is delicious. The hall and the decoration are beautiful. We had a great presenter and DJ, as well as a great show program.
But the staff leaves much to be desired. In particular, the waiters are generally murderous! It seems that people were pulled off the street and dressed up as waiters. I'm not kidding, read below:
1. Without badges. It is not clear how to handle it.
2. When talking, offering menu options, they look to the sides, not at the client.
3. During the feast, right in front of the customers, to free up space on the table, the same salads are piled into one plate.
4. In 70% of cases, they do not see when it is necessary to fill a glass or replace a plate.
5. In as many percent of cases, the waiter does not make sure that he can be called by the customers of the table at which he is fixed, but stands and looks around. So to attract the waiter, you had to try to call him up to 5 times (It seemed that we would summon the spirit of Gogol faster at the round table than the waiter).
6. Initially, the waiter offered drinks "Water, juice, carbonated drinks?". Assuming that he was offering a drink for appetizer and washing down (as it happens), I chose juice, since the alcohol list was not offered. The waiter poured the juice into a wine glass. Okay, well, I think now, with the beginning of the feast, he will offer an alcoholic menu and remove the juice. But no. He poured the initial drinks for everyone at our table, bypassing the spirits. There was one (!) children's menu at our table, and he expanded it to everyone (although people from 22 to 35 years old were sitting at the table, not counting a 12-year-old child). In the middle of the feast, he was apparently informed that there were people over the age of 21 at the table, and he rushed to offer alcohol, while being pretty nervous and stuttering (although this had not been observed before).
7. When replacing the plate, the waiter did not stand behind the client, but reached across the neighboring client (inconveniencing him, firstly), while awkwardly putting a clean plate, managed to tip over the half-filled glass of the client (thank God not at the client, but towards the center of the table, this is secondly).
8. Clean appliances were not brought to a clean plate (this is the third).
9. The overturned glass was not replaced (!!!), but simply put in place (!). To the indignant look of the customer, the waiter took this glass... AND I SUPPLEMENTED IT WITH A drink! There are simply not enough words to express indignation!!!
10. And when they asked the waiter girls to carefully fold the remaining cake from the event, they, breaking the designer cake, folded it into a cake pan in the form of "count ruins", tamping it down. To our question, "is this how you collect it for us?", since it seemed that they were really just collecting it on Wikidata, they said that they did not know how to assemble a cake for customers. Naturally, we left this "pile" of expensive designer cake.
The attitude of the staff spoiled the impression of the institution. The staff definitely needs to be trained. To teach the theory of customer service (they don't even know the basics!). Assign newcomers to the pros so that they can be trained in practice.
At the moment, I cannot recommend the institution to anyone, since you will obviously spoil your impression of the event.
I hope the administration of the institution will read this review and take measures to improve the quality of customer service.
Peace and kindness to all!

I came to the wedding, my friend was marrying her daughter)))
We celebrated the celebration in Farabi hall.
Kazakh cuisine is exotic for me, I am a guest from Moscow.
But despite this, I really liked the local cuisine)) samsa is smooth, the dough is thin, flaky, tender, there are a lot of fillings))
I tried the local delicacy beshbarmak, fell in love immediately, a very memorable dish))
European cuisine was also served, salmon in sauce with red caviar, everything was fine!
The fruits are fresh and delicious))
Serving dishes as a theatrical act))
The service is excellent))
At the end of the evening, the waiters packed all the food, put it in boxes and took it to the car for the hosts of the evening))
And I would like to note the excellent work of the toastmaster, who was recommended by the hall administrator.
It was an unforgettable evening in a wonderful place!
Thank you Farabi hall for the unreal experience)))
Excellent staff, good administrators Dauren and Ruslan. Thanks to them, the institution is at the same level, despite the time, I really liked my wedding there
