Very good service. The delivery was expected for about 4 weeks from the factory itself. I sincerely believe that Dobrush is much closer than a month of travel, and trucks with goods travel more often than once a month. On the phone, a store employee informed me that the goods were in place and could be picked up. And when they came to the store, they offered to close the buyer in the warehouse, find their own boxes with dishes, sit and wait, and then pay off. Gorgeous, I think. The seller provided the book of comments and suggestions without a badge only 4 times! By the way, they were never taken to the warehouse, they merged.
A wonderful place for lovers and connoisseurs of porcelain. Finally, the Dobrushsky factory has its own branded store in the center of Minsk. A very good choice, all the produced lines of dishes, and most importantly, the prices are much lower than in other stores. Sellers are ready to help, explain, and tell. I enjoyed the store and the service very much. She left with the purchase!
A great store because of its sincere sellers! If something is out of stock, they are happy to write down your phone number, and as soon as the product appears, they will call you. Only the best impression comes from communicating with sellers! The same cannot be said about the factory-company store relationship. Using an example from the "geese" collection itself: I collected three articles from this collection for three months. Sellers include it in the application every week, but the goods do not go from the factory to their own branded store. But this whole collection can be bought on Russian Internet platforms, though at an exorbitant price. So the question is: why keep a single branded store in Minsk if you ignore customer demand anyway, apparently prioritizing shipping to Russia?!
