Reception-transmission exclusively by SMS code. You don't sign anything, you don't provide any documents. On the one hand, it is convenient - without bureaucracy, but there is a risk that someone else may pick up the parcel. It will be especially insulting if someone picks up a paid parcel. Maybe it makes sense to implement two-factor protection, something like: You came for the parcel, showed the code, after which you are told that an SMS will be sent to the contact phone (of the recipient) with a confirmation code about the receipt of the parcel, which you will need to inform the operator or enter yourself. Entering the code (sent to the contact phone) will be a confirmation that the parcel has been received.
