The operator replies that they can't help in any way, they can only write down the number and that's it. And for 2 weeks they didn't call and sent the mail back abroad. And why do we need a telegram bot if they don't read messages there? I am shocked by their work.
The most terrible delivery. They mixed up the order, contacted the staff, sent a photo that it wasn'T MY ORDER that came, and people just turned off their phones, didn't look at the photo and just kept silent.
As a result, I paid 325,000, did not receive my parcel, and some other people's junk is lying at home, unnecessary.
Employees of the company, if you read this, know that you are incompetent. And you should not be trusted with the delivery of anything at all.
