Good afternoon. I want to leave a review about a pharmacist who worked on 09/28/24 about 12 p.m. at a pharmacy in a house next to euroopt near the bus station.I asked if the drug I needed was available in a dosage of 50 mg. I was told that there was, they named the amount, and I paid with a card. They gave me a pack and I saw that the dosage was 150 mg, which did not suit me. I reported this, to which they told me in a raised tone that the dosage I needed did not exist in the clinic, I found the drug on the Internet and showed that it was there and that a doctor had prescribed it to me. To which I received an answer that maybe there is in Minsk, but we don't. Although that's why I asked about availability. I was also told that I had to name the number of pills in the pack. So the name of the drug and the dosage for the pharmacist does not say anything? And in general, to look at the availability in this pharmacy, not to see it and convince the client that it does not exist in principle, and even in raised tones, I think it is unacceptable. There was also the phrase "I didn't hear that you ordered 50mg" and "now I have to make a refund!" that is, it is my fault that the pharmacist did not hear, talking about personal matters on a mobile phone and serving a client at the same time. I consider this pharmacist to be very incompetent, with whom it is necessary to conduct training on communication with visitors. For your information, the drug I needed was available in three pharmacies in Gorki. And not only in Minsk.
