In the first half of June, I bought cherries for 300 som and apricots for 200, brought from the south of the republic, very tasty. I bought 100g of cumin spice, my whole closet in the room smelled of it, well, it was very fragrant.
It feels like I'm back in the 90s! The market sells mixed products, things and fruits with vegetables. The entrances to the market are chaotically located on all sides, and parking is not equipped.
However, there are advantages: there are exchange offices on the market, and you can also buy everything you need.

There is a good Market Where you can buy food souvenirs fish bread tortillas, there is also a currency exchange nearby to exchange your money (rubles) for Catfish and there is also a canteen nearby where they feed very tasty and a fruit and vegetable market where you can buy anything you want watermelons melons peaches apples apricots and so on. There is a small shop near the exit and entrance of the market where you can buy groceries.
Very very very many people!) It's easy to get lost in the alleys of the market. Affordable prices and a large selection of all sorts of things. Lots of spices products and goodies
Well, what can I say - this is not a grocery market, but a bazaar! You are still in Asia! Local products: sour-milk, vegetables and fruits, pickled mountain mushrooms, Korean salads. It is easy to get here from any part of Cholpon-Ata and nearby locations by minibus.
I don't often visit markets, maybe that's how it should look. To be honest, the place is repulsive, and the sellers, as always, are annoying. But then again, I'm not a connoisseur.
The market is like a market, prices are lower than in a supermarket, you can bargain, there are both products, fish, spices and furs, things and ethnic gifts.
A variety of products, vegetables, fruits, honey, fish. The prices are the same as in Almaty, although the goods of local producers should be cheaper. The market is aimed at tourists.
It's a great market, we've been there for 3 years, everything is great. There is everything from groceries to souvenirs. If you really want, you can bargain
The market is good, there are few grocery products, and a lot of proto-goods, I recommend coming in the morning, the quality of the products is excellent
We thought there was a huge market, but there are only 10 tents. Fruits and nuts are very expensive. You can also buy cheaper in the center of Cholpon-Ata.
This weekend market is just teeming with people, you can buy literally anything! Prices for fruits, vegetables, and meat are much cheaper than Russian ones. We really liked it!
Simple, honest and very good people trade. Don't be outraged that it's too expensive. Understand that people live by the season and they need to earn money for the entire autumn and winter season in order to live a year.
