A chic market, everything is fresh, there are a lot of goodies in general, and especially cheese, guys, I've never eaten such cheese in my life, as you enter the pavilion immediately to the left, there's a girl with a very unusual name (honestly I forgot), but I've been remembering cheese for a whole year, and as soon as I arrive I'll go right away I can go to the market and God forbid that she would be there, but right at the entrance they sell halva, all colors of the rainbow, the variety of flavors is off the scale. In short, I'm delighted, and if you don't believe me, then you can come and see and try.
You need to go to the market with the locals, and the attitude is different, and you can bargain. A very tasty bakery with pita bread!!! This is the only huge plus. Tobacco products are a good choice.
The market is good, you can find everything, prices are very affordable, good figs for 100 rubles kg, watermelon 23 rubles kg,peach 100 rubles kg,at this time in our Moscow region, peach 350 kg.fig 500-600 rubles.and watermelon 50 rubles.
It is small in area. It doesn't work every day. It is better to visit before lunch (then there is a risk of finding empty counters). But very tasty fruits at the lowest price can be bought here. I recommend it!
A good place to visit, especially if you want homemade creamy very tasty butter, or homemade cheese. There are a lot of delicious things there at good prices.
The market is small. We bought meat, fresh, the prices are standard, as everywhere else. There are also dairy products, fruits, vegetables, spices and local alcoholic beverages on tap. We bought seasonings for meat, we needed a little, the seller poured half a bag and did not take the money, only said if you like it, come back and buy it home, that's it, go from here))) I sell condiments from half a kilogram)))
We arrived in good weather in the second half of October at about 12:30
There were a couple of vegetable outlets, several household
ones In the market itself there was only one seller with a small selection of nuts, fruits, spices
I really like this small market. I always buy seasonal fruits, local adjika, spices, dried peppers, persimmons here. It is very colorful and sincere. I recommend a visit.
It's better to get there before 10 a.m. Matzoni, cheese, dried persimmon)...Who has tried medlar?))
After 10 a.m., there are fewer sellers and the milk is sold out.
Prices are like in stores. There are few local fruits. It is difficult to get there. The general impression was that we were traveling in vain, but we wanted to buy local fruits.
A cool little grocery market, spices teas cheeses fruits berries and so on, a few souvenirs, all this can be purchased here))) it's better to go to Gagra for things
There were 2 weeks in Tsandripsha, on Thursday and Sunday, as usual, market days. People have been laying out since 6.30, we were at 8 in the morning, people were already walking towards us from the market. I am a fan of the meat row, there is something to buy, meat like ham, sausages are natural, local cheeses are not bad. The same thing will be sold outside the market, but 1.5 times more expensive. And be sure to assure you that you just did it yourself)) Carefully, do not be fooled, even in apiaries there are often mules with old honey, and not live bees. Buy wine only from barrels. Of which you have tried, ask them to pour from there. We ran into each other for the first time, they gave us a taste from one bottle, they gave us another, it turned out to be pomegranate juice instead of kindzmarauli)) Or take it from the state wholesale store next to the railway.
A bit of a double impression, we were on vacation in Tsandripsha, if we consider the market for buying food for food, then yes, there is a large selection for every taste, prices are lower than in the city. But. If you need a more beautiful souvenir package (tea, spices.. with label and description) It's not here.
You need to be very careful, look at the quality of the products. The prices are high. Of the Abkhazian products, only oranges, all the rest are imported.
At the market, you can buy not only food to eat right away, but also something as souvenirs home. There is draft wine. Very tasty sweets. Cheese, vegetables, tea, sausages, spices.
I can't wait to visit this market on Sunday, where you can buy the freshest things. And a large selection. We buy vegetables and fruits only there. Prices are lower than at the market in the center of the village and fresher products. Everything is in abundance from cheeses, smoked meat to confectionery. Over the 17 years of trips to Tsandrypsh, the food supply has noticeably improved. Imported is certainly more expensive than in Russia, but the local vegetables and fruits are excellent, especially my favorite local tomatoes.
A large diverse wonderful market for all tastes and needs. Fruits , vegetables , spices , honey , teas , sweets , nuts , local drinks : beer , chacha , wine , tinctures both on bottling and in gift packaging . I advise everyone to visit this market while in Abkhazia

There is everything for every taste, prices are low, but some have 100 peaches, and here 200 at once.Very tasty sweets : halva, cakes, sherbet, I recommend.Cheeses, sausages, spices-a lot of things.Dairy products, vegetables.Nuts are not recommended if you do not know how to choose, hazelnuts are half rotten. The wine is draught-it tastes and colors, I did not take it, there is something to compare it with. They work from 7 a.m. to lunch. If you live just by renting, without a table, then shop here.
Hello. We were on the market in January 2025, the selection of products is small, maybe it's not the season. They asked the price of a tangerine, they said 100 rubles per kg. There's a lot more choice in summer. I had to go to the market in Gagra, it's good that we took a car, there's a lot of everything there, we bought tangerines for 30 rubles.
A real food market of Transcaucasia. We gathered different kinds of tea there for ourselves and friends. We bought smoked fish. The sellers are hospitable! Be sure to visit it to feel the local flavor.
I had a rest in Tsandripsh on 27.05-03.06. The market is open Thursday and Sunday. The choice of products is average. There is one seller with sausage delicacies. Cheeses are sold in a separate pavilion. I would not say that the prices are "market". The price is average or even more expensive. For example, sets of spices. On the market 100p
On Oktyabrskaya Street, the same for 50p
The market is good, we visit it every year, but this year everything is very expensive (in Russia it is cheaper and by a lot) so they took a "drunk" and a seasoning as a souvenir, you can't buy this from us👍
A good selection of products. There are vegetables, fruits, herbs, pastries, dairy products, eggs, confectionery, souvenirs. Everything is delicious and fresh. The prices are adequate, you can and should bargain. The sellers are attentive and polite.
Great market! Very atmospheric! There's a lot of life going on there. You only need to go straight early in the morning, locals come there and sell their fruits, which are 2 times cheaper. In August, we bought peaches, pears and apples for 70 rubles. Incredibly delicious smoked trout for only 200 rubles per piece. Churchkhela 50 rubles! The cheapest market in the whole of Abkhazia! Then we went on vacation to Pitsunda, the prices are 2-3 times higher!
Another very tasty pita bread is sold right in front of the entrance to the market, baked right in front of you in a tandoor, it costs 50 rubles!
The market has improved. A new building was built for meat and dairy products and confectionery. Now perishable products are indoors, not outdoors, as before.
We arrived at 6 a.m., we were told that the farmers arrive by 4 a.m., but we were disappointed.Apart from cheese and sweets, we found nothing in a separate building. The meat department, namely, we did not find fresh meat at that time ((Fruits and vegetables are more expensive outside the market, the only thing is that we were pleased with our own cucumbers for 100 rubles.with your taste!By and large, there is nothing to do there... to waste your precious time
You can buy real vegetables and fruits and meat... True, the market area is a little small, but this is covered by real professionals from the land and yard.
A good market. We were in October, when the tourist season had already ended. It is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. You need cash to pay with you.
It does not work all days of the week. I was there on Thursday. You need to come very early. I arrived at 7 a.m., and the trade was already brisk. The market is small, but there is everything: vegetables, fruits, spices, fish, meat, cheeses, sweets. Very inviting sweets. Cakes!!! I couldn't resist, I didn't take it. The figure is in danger. And this is Abkhazia, where we Russians have big problems with the intestines and stomach. I'm afraid to try... Prices are lower than in the market in Gagra. It may not be obvious. For example, a pastille in tubes gave 150 grams with a preponderance, whereas in Gagra 110-120. And the price is one - 50 rubles. Figs are almost 2 times cheaper.
