Overpriced, low quality food, lots of expired food, unhealthy food, not recommended for service, consider more national hotels, they are here to make more money
The hotel is very cozy, clean and spacious. The rooms are large, all the amenities are there, the bed is huge, the bathroom is large, there is a balcony. Different rooms have views of either the courtyard or the street - both have gorgeous views. The pool is good, the sauna was slightly warm for some reason, maybe because it was early in the morning and I didn't have time to warm up, but it was so cozy and pleasant. The food in the breakfast restaurant is mostly European, varied - soups, vegetables, fruits, pastries, and a corner with national snacks. The lobby bar has excellent service and a large selection of drinks and dishes. The tourist cluster is 3 minutes away on foot, very convenient
A nice hotel with spacious rooms and a pleasant interior at the reception and in the corridors, a good balanced and varied breakfast. Among the disadvantages, the room is poorly furnished, there is a lot of space and everything seems to be empty, one wardrobe and a simple bathroom (looking at the hotel from the street you expect a lot more), but the service needs to be tightened up, depends on the change at the reception, there are no questions for some, you will not ask for water from others, they promise and apparently forget I was also disappointed when we booked an Italian restaurant (in my opinion, it was called Milano) through the reception, and when we arrived, our reservation turned out to be for a completely different time, and despite the empty hall, dinner was refused.
But still, the overall impression is very positive, just to work out the details.
That's a good five. The rooms are large. A wonderful courtyard, and a very large one, with fountains, ottomans and canopies. The reception and housekeeping staff are very polite and friendly. The coffee and tea in the lobby bar are amazing
Of the minuses: there are huge representative delegations, and the breakfast restaurant is too small, the tables are cramped, only croissants are delicious from baking. The room really lacked a floor lamp over the armchair. There is no concierge service as such. To order a transfer, I had to call, because they did not answer the mail
Great hotel. Within walking distance from the old town. A very large, but at the same time individual approach to tourists. Very good and varied breakfasts
The hotel is very nice and deserves its 5 stars. The service is excellent, the staff is caring, the breakfasts are excellent! I advise you to definitely visit the pool
We had a rest in Khiva at the end of March. The hotel's service is excellent. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are good.
The spa turned out to be smaller than expected for such a large hotel (what happens there in the season?) and a lot of bleach, as it seemed. The sauna is great, with a cold bucket.
Special respect for flagpoles with silent cables (they usually crackle in the wind all day)
A great hotel!
Excellent service!
The staff is beyond praise!
The restaurants are great. I liked the pool. I will recommend it to everyone and try to come back
The newest hotel. The rooms are large and clean, with modern renovation and fresh plumbing. The breakfast is good, but the room is modest in volume. Beautiful patio.
I couldn't book this hotel, we chose it based on reviews. Everything is busy on the site, there was no response to the mail, and the auto-reply to the number in Yandex.Maps is in Uzbek...
Very nice hotel, new, large rooms with high ceilings, comfortable bed, I really liked the design. Aerobatics breakfasts, baked lamb and salmon are special thanks. The staff is without complaints, at the level of 5 stars. However, not only the staff, but also everything in the hotel. It is unclear why he has only 4 officially? Probably because of the small pool.
Excellent hotel in Khiva, Uzbekistan. Excellent service, amazing breakfasts, there is a SPA with a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. The SPA administrator, whose name is Mardona, will help you figure everything out, a wonderful employee. Inside the hotel there are two restaurants, Italian and Turkish cuisines. The prices are slightly cheaper than Russian ones, but the service is amazing. Hotel accommodation is expensive, but the service is very good, not inferior to good European hotels. I would even say it corresponds to the good new hotels in Dubai. In general, I recommend it.
We are very disappointed. We booked a room for 3 people, two adults and one adult child (13 years old), which was provided with a paper confirmation. Upon arrival, we were told that a double room was booked, but there are no triple rooms for an additional fee. It's in such a big hotel! They put me in a double room, barely crammed an extra bed into it. The attitude and communication is dismissive, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you do not want to huddle in a small room with three people. The whole impression and mood has deteriorated.
A very large and comfortable swimming pool. But, early in the morning, when the sauna and Jacuzzi open, they do not work, there are no employees at work. If a visitor gets sick, no one will help him. A very delicious breakfast! A large selection of high-quality fresh dishes, coffee will be brewed on request, and a hot omelet will be prepared. I really liked the food at the hotel.
The hotel is new and modern. Good breakfasts. The restaurants are great, the food is top notch.
Location, from the old town by taxi or 4km on foot. Taxis are very cheap, so you can take a ride. There is nothing around the hotel, so take a walk in the evening only around the hotel.
It seems to be the only place in Khiva where you can knock out a normal espresso-based coffee from a normal coffee machine.
The cost of espresso is 37,000 soums.
It is a quality place and quiet, food prices are normal compared to Turkey. The price of drinks is unnecessarily expensive. Baklava is bad, but pita bread and food are delicious
A cool hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfasts are top. I did not expect such a level from Khorezm. Well done!
Great hotel. Spa area, clean, towels, bathrobes, everything is clean. The rooms are large, the breakfasts are great! The territory of the hotel is large, it's beautiful to walk in the evening!
Farovon in Khiva is a multi-exploration facility built according to all modern world-class standards, but the hotel is square, built according to the type of Uzbek "hovli" or courtyard, that is, there is a courtyard inside the building, and this all leads to the fact that there is no compactness and you will have to stomp out of the room for breakfast as from Tashkent to China to eat, on the other hand, some kind of fitness, is not bad either…
We've been to restaurants in this hotel, the grounds and lobby are like a great 5* hotel. I haven't seen the numbers, but I think everything is fine. If we come to Khiva again, we will stop only here
A wonderful hotel! Lovely and courteous staff, delicious cuisine, comfortable rooms. 3 restaurants with a wide selection of food and drinks. The reception solves all issues.
Very beautiful interior, polite and friendly staff, which creates an atmosphere of good rest! The excellent location of the hotel, clean and cozy rooms. There are several restaurants with a variety of cuisine on site - a real gastronomic pleasure! I advise everyone, we will definitely come to you again!
If you are going to visit the old town in Khiva, then this is the best option. Sometimes the service is lame, but for the young tourism industry of Uzbekistan this is the norm
