When ordering a table, it was clarified that there would be a child, so we had a table near the children's room, upon arrival the child immediately ran there, there was a girl who played with him and watched, which was a pleasant surprise for us. We hardly chose, because there was a large menu, ordered, and after a short time we already our dishes were brought, everything was very tasty, at the highest level, beautiful presentation, everything was very appetizing, we were very satisfied. More often, of course, OK: service, kitchen, music. But from time to time they can mess up everything: then the kitchen will fail and you will be served cold lasagna in an unrealistically hot plate, which they unsuccessfully tried to warm up in a micro wave, then you have to catch the waiter almost by force, then they can make a mistake with the bill. But here's what's always good - seats on the second floor and branded ice cream. An amateur, but still.

I dialed 20 minutes before the scheduled time, a girl picks up the phone (this or not this one, I did not recognize), and tells me in an absolutely insolent tone, almost shouting "girl.... What are 15-20? In
the end, we drove into the void and never got there.
The bottom line is, well, tell me that only in turn, do not give hopes, and if it so happens, then without a boorish tone.
Ps I found out about the day of the machine builder when we got closer to the square and then realized what a rush it was.
