I do not recommend it. The contracts are made up of nonsense, without specific data.
The seller of the apartment replaced the equipment in the house with a cheaper one. The contract specifies only the names of equipment without
serial numbers, there is no way to sue. The agency says it's my fault that they
didn't specify anything in the contract. The agent refused to come to the apartment acceptance. They refused to protect my interests,
they say, sue yourself, solve your problems yourself.
In general, they are ready to take a lot of money, but when it is necessary to really protect the rights of customers, they cannot and do not want anything.
They refused to reimburse my damage at their own expense.

Tatiana treated the work with all her energy, choosing it as for herself. It would seem an ordinary transaction, just buying a room, but no, I was worried about how the indexing of checks was going, whether all the documents were collected for the Executive Committee, etc. Thank God everything went fine, but still no, no, and he will call my wife (we became friends, during the search for housing) to find out how the relationship with the neighbors is, are there any conflicts, am I satisfied? Photos of the bath and toilet were not added to the ads because I quote "they turned out badly" - the realtor replied, by the way, he took photos of the apartment on his phone! Then I was confused by the persistence of another realtor in the person of the director, who doubted my attention!! ADEQUACY! Urging me to undergo a forensic psychiatric examination at my own expense in order to "REINSURE myself", assuring that this is a mandatory procedure worth 350 bel. Rub.
Showed disrespect and distrust of the client, rude tactless and inappropriate questions were asked in my direction, which forced me to contact another agency that agreed to my conditions and does not doubt my adequacy. I do not advise anyone to waste my time and energy!
