When I entered the salon, I told him that there were no empty seats, to which I was rudely told that there were places. After I told him several times that there were still no seats, he opened the door for me and I moved forward, while listening to "how long will I stand on the street" (all this was with shouting in my direction, instead of helping to open the door, because I had from the first it didn't work out once). Next, the driver was moving at a speed of 120-130 km (the road is very snowy today, only cleaned and sprinkled in places), on my remark to slow down, he told me that he could transfer me back if I did not like to go ahead.. (he is already late for the next route), the speed dropped to 90, but closer to Minsk was still going 110.
Terrible service! Drivers are from the category of boors. They allow the customer to contact YOU. The impressions from the trip are the most negative. There is no customer orientation.

You can book a place that is convenient for you, through the dispatcher or ask the driver to always leave. There were situations when there were no places until late in the evening, the girls called back and offered when something was available. Just ask nicely, and you will be answered beautifully. At the moment, I have not met companies with the best cars in terms of comfort. Everything is fine, we are all human, so let's treat each other with respect!!!

"What are the options?how will we solve the issue?" I asked the operator, to which she just hung up. Is this normal? What am I supposed to do with two children, bags of things, arriving from another corner of the city,standing at the place of departure at the appointed time, when there were no empty seats in any minibus in the next 5 hours.To my demand for a complaint book, the driver replied that I would not give you anything, look for me yourself in Slutsk...and dovidos..I'm not sorry..neither can we offer you...they are simply scattered by customers from right to left, caring only about generating income, and not about meeting the needs of the customer in the first place...It is sad that such companies exist nowadays.There is no service!!!
