Instead of being happy that the customer came back and gave them a second chance)
Judging from the conversations, the masters of this salon do not like to serve customers who have their own wishes and they are justified!
But is this a normal approach?
Maybe they're just not professionals who can only be trusted to wash the car and then they won't be able to do it without divorces!
Personally, I would like to note that the cars, especially the FAW B70, are very good, only the sellers are bad.
Usually in the beginning, at the first contact, the sales manager himself approaches clients with leading questions to find out the wishes of the client, but with me everything was different.
Natalya's manager didn't really want to listen to my preferences and discuss something with me, she answered all my questions with a memorized phrase: "I'll check with the management and call you back."
This is not the first time I communicate with sales managers, and usually before the start of the process they talk with the client, where they exchange opinions, because for example, I would like to know the opinion and recommendations of a professional!
But Natalia's manager didn't want to have a dialogue with me that day.
She hardly asked me any questions, but only said: "Well, you ask, and I'll answer."
When I asked Natasha about the T90 crossover, she replied: "Oh, yes, this is a completely different car.If you are not aware of the Faw model range, there is no point in wasting time on this."
This is the first time I hear that a customer should find out everything and figure everything out before visiting a car dealership.

As a result, I was not happy with visiting the FAW car dealership!!!!

As a rule, she did not greet, showed her disdainful attitude, that she did not care about her job-she processed all the papers slowly and forced customers to gather in line-She could get up and go outside to smoke when people were waiting.She answered all the questions that her computer was not working. Olga's clients receive a portion of this kind of "service". But she wasn't the only one who became famous.
A few days ago, we were at this center at Cosmonauts 68, in order to replace the brake pads and decided to apply, for which we turned to master KONSTANTIN.

The experienced Artyom decides everything for them and for everyone .
By the way, the director of the service station flew into the money, because he regularly pays salaries to those who cannot perform repairs properly the first time, and guarantees for the work performed at this service station can be provided only in words and not on paper because they constantly have "the printer does not work".
