We visited this institution on 07/28/2024 in order to brighten up a languid summer evening by the sea. We sat down at the table, made an order and began to wait. By the way, the waiters are not in the tooth about the composition of their cocktails. And suddenly, out of nowhere, the smell of tobacco appeared. By the way, we have one person at the table with an allergy to tobacco smoke. We called the waitress over and asked if they had places for non-smokers. To which we were told that it was inside, but it was very stuffy there. Then we hinted that the person at our table might end up in the hospital because of tobacco smoke. To which the waiter girl said verbatim: "what can I do?". And she left. At that moment, the smoking table left the establishment and we sat quietly waiting for the order. After a while, the waiter girl came with help, with the girl "administrator". We asked the "administrator" if she was aware of the provision of clause 14, part 1, Article 12 of the Law dated 02/23/2013 No. 15-FZ. ? To which the "administrator" retorted that not in the Russian Federation (well, there is), not by the legislation of Ukraine (it would seem), not by the legislation of the United States (this is a twist), for some reason she did not mention the intergalactic act of "anunnaki", smoking is not prohibited in public catering in the general crowd. To which we pointed out to the girl that she was fundamentally wrong. But the girl said that the veranda is not considered a room and it does not work here. But it turns out there is a whole letter from Rospotrebnadzor no. 01/6906-14-25 from 06/18/2014, that verandas, tents, tents, balconies of establishments are equated to a room. But the girl "administrator" was not penetrated and for some reason threw in the information that she had been living in St. Petersburg for 5 years and there was smoking in a cafe on palace square. (Berdyansk is on the palace square of St. Petersburg) This is very valuable information, especially when we are several thousand kilometers from St. Petersburg. Without coming up with more sensible advice, the girl "administrator" suggested that we leave the institution if we don't like something. We gladly took advantage of this advice. If it were possible to put -5 stars, I would put -10. We advise the owners of this cafe to pay attention to how their employees communicate and how standards are met.
The first time I went to this restaurant, everything went more or less, except that while you are eating, the waiters stare at you and literally look into your mouth, which is very annoying. They also look directly at you and talk, giggle. The next day we waited for 25 minutes, no one deigned to come up, I caught the waitress myself, asked for the menu, although the guests who came much later were IMMEDIATELY served. As a result, they said that they would wait for food for at least another hour. I got up and went to the restaurant next door. Your attitude towards customers is at the lowest level.
