Excellent service. Not so...EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Russian-speaking staff in the office, flexible approach to rental conditions. The cars are fresh, without complaints. I RECOMMEND IT!!! I took the Huinda I20 for 4 days, there was a need to split the rental period in connection with the tour. Corrected without any problems. I also took a transfer to the airport, we got there in 1 hour 20 minutes against 2.5 - 3.0 hours by bus of the tour operator.

The best office. It's not the first time we take it. We found the FBI based on reviews from the Turks themselves. The car is always adjusted clean, fresh with a small mileage. Price, as agreed. The guys are adequate . The first times when they rented, they videotaped chips and scratches , then scored . Everyone doesn't give a fig about it, they have a hard hat. Unless you've been driving into someone yourself. Take it, you won't regret it. The price, by the way, they have the cheapest. Others tried it once , didn 't like it . Take it from Faruk, he is the best in Alanya!

We were looking for a rental car both in online aggregators and in a hotel, prices are high everywhere. A friend advised the FBI to contact, as a result, they rented a car 2 times, the prices are reasonable, there is a child seat, the delivery to the hotel is included. The car is brought on the eve of the trip, which is very convenient. Excellent service, go to a meeting, the guys speak Russian. We are very satisfied 👍🏽 Thanks to the FBI
