Excellent service. Not so...EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Russian-speaking staff in the office, flexible approach to rental conditions. The cars are fresh, without complaints. I RECOMMEND IT!!! I took the Huinda I20 for 4 days, there was a need to split the rental period in connection with the tour. Corrected without any problems. I also took a transfer to the airport, we got there in 1 hour 20 minutes against 2.5 - 3.0 hours by bus of the tour operator.

The best office. It's not the first time we take it. We found the FBI based on reviews from the Turks themselves. The car is always adjusted clean, fresh with a small mileage. Price, as agreed. The guys are adequate . The first times when they rented, they videotaped chips and scratches , then scored . Everyone doesn't give a fig about it, they have a hard hat. Unless you've been driving into someone yourself. Take it, you won't regret it. The price, by the way, they have the cheapest. Others tried it once , didn 't like it . Take it from Faruk, he is the best in Alanya!

Cars are not only new, but also in a cool configuration even with Apple Car play (they connected their navigation without any problems and got where they wanted) + two child seats for free.

If you decide to contact us, carefully inspect the car and take a photo when you take it and every time you leave it in the parking lot. Our inattention and lack of evidence in the form of photos cost US $ 425 and threats to the police and prison, although we did not violate the terms of the contract or the laws.

Dear tourists! The condition of the car is not monitored here, it is life-threatening! I rented a car from the owner of the FBI Farukh, went along the serpentine and suddenly, on a steep uphill climb, the car unexpectedly stalled and did not start again! There was a traffic jam both in front and behind! Trying to move backwards into the "pocket", the brakes failed due to the fact that they pumped, the handbrake worked! Anyone who is afraid to drive along the serpentine would have already lost consciousness!
The owner Farukh knew about this problem, not considering it critical, did not even offer evacuation, but simply offered to drive to his office with temporary stops! Upon arrival, he gave us an inadequate option, which we did not agree on, as a result, the case ended with threats to life and shifting the blame on us!
I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company!

We lived in a hotel near Avsalar. They took the car to the FBI. Faruk is an excellent host, speaks good Russian, responds quickly to WhatsApp. 5 days for the 50th. A Fiat egea car, automatic, 2018 with a mileage of 12 t.km, was driven straight to our hotel and taken away from here. We toured all the local attractions, canyons, waterfalls and the rest. The insurance is complete. I recommend it!
