September 2022 We were vacationing with a family of 10 people, three generations, each with their own interests, preferences and hobbies. Everyone liked the rest, everyone was satisfied with the right choice of a place to relax. A gorgeous place, well-maintained territory, comfortable living conditions, thoughtful service, beautiful views of the Chigirinsky reservoir directly from the courtyard left the most pleasant impressions. The hosts Andrey and Ira are very sincere, good-natured and caring people who are able to create an atmosphere for a comfortable and carefree holiday. Since we were vacationing with children, and it was autumn outside, the house was heated at our request and the rooms were always warm and cozy. Boat trips on the lake, walks on the island, unforgettable fishing and a pleasant process of cooking fish, communication with loved ones in a calm and favorable environment pleased, distracted for a while from the daily hustle and anxiety. For eight days we found ourselves in an oasis of well-being, tranquility, hospitality of the hosts and the most pleasant pastime. The weather was pleasant with warm sunny days, although a couple of days were rainy. Listening to the silence, listening to the sound of rain outside the window, even these forgotten sensations were also a pleasure. This is an ideal option for a family holiday.

We had a rest in September 2022. Excellent conditions: a great warm house with everything you need and even more, clean and pleasant territory, a sauna, a beautiful reservoir, an approach to the reservoir directly from the site: a great opportunity to go fishing and go boating. Very friendly hosts Andrey and Irina, who are trying to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Such people would like to heartily wish more of the same guests as themselves.

August 2021. Vacationing: 4 young families with children. Accommodation: comfortable, comfortable accommodation in rooms, large beds and folding sofas for children in the rooms, furniture is not "worn out", everything is cleaned, clean, everything is prepared for the arrival of guests, there is hot water (only in a small house and in the summer kitchen it was not enough), there is everything necessary for cooking (stoves, oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, skewers, cauldron, buckets, firewood, etc.), homely atmosphere. There is a real oven in the summer kitchen (they cooked super breakfasts in it). There is a well-groomed territory around, there is a Playground, everything is clean.
The descent to the water immediately from the territory, the steep stairs are happy, but 5-year-old children could climb and descend themselves. There is a catamaran, vests. We did not swim much - the weather did not allow, but the men were able to swim: the coast is good. The hosts are friendly, pleasant, attentive. It is clear that they love their HOME and keep an eye on it.

Clean and beautiful, wonderful hosts.
Cons-one toilet and shower in the house, the second one is on the street without water, a country option. It is not convenient for a large company.
There is a creepy staircase in the house and a second one that leads to the lake. Children should not be left unattended.

We had a rest on the weekend. Everything was great! The territory of the farmstead is quite large, there is a reservoir nearby (literally a couple of meters), there are both rowing and motor boats, a catamaran. There are quite a lot of fish in the lake. The road to the farmstead is quite good. The only drawback is the stairs to the lake and the stairs in the big house to the 2nd floor. They're too cool.

Ira and Andrey are super! They told us how to get there, met us, showed us everything and in the end everything is at our disposal! There is everything you need, absolutely everything! Plus a great sauna, a summer kitchen, there is also a house! Bathrooms both on the street and in the house! Everything is very clean and tidy! We swam, rode a boat, went to the sauna, smoked fish, made kebabs! Thank you very much! We will definitely come back! Taras
