I actually was expecting more since from the entrance they directed us to sit and wait, cuz the waiters are going to get the order. (I was not told that there is a 10 %service fee😭) Even though we came first, the waiters served the other customers, which I didn't really like, because usually cafes work with first come first go method. So we had to wait overall half an hour for them to take an order and the order be ready, which was only a lavash and cheeseburger. The waiter was so nervous, must be his first working day. We ordered a cup cola, but they said that they don't have any straws left, so we said that's fine. But then after 5 minutes he came back and said they only have bottle cola. So we had to drink it without ice🥲. After all things finished, I was shocked they also included a service fee, in fact I am really jit satisfied with their service. Please keep it ordinary like every other fast food cafe does. I guess queue is was better that what I have experienced. I hope that there won't be future misunderstandings.

The atmosphere is pleasant, there is always an appetizing, but at the same time unobtrusive smell in the hall. It's pretty clean, there's a sink in the corner of the hall, so you don't have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands.
The cuisine is quite tasty, always fresh ingredients (at least judging by the taste). Shawarma with crispy pita bread, meat and fillings in general are not spared. All chicken dishes are delicious, but beef can be a little dry. The burgers are quite flat, reminiscent of burgers from McDonald's. I would like to make bulky burgers, like in burger king. The pizza seemed a little empty to me, although it's probably a matter of taste.
On the downside, the waiters confused the orders a couple of times: they brought beef shawarma instead of chicken and once brought an extra portion of potatoes.
Also, some items from the menu are sometimes unavailable: draft sodas and lemonades, as well as some chicken snacks.

The place is fast, the food is good, but after ordering, the girl screams for the whole hall to be ready, prevents her from eating quietly, it's better to hang up the monitor and show the order readiness there.

There is nowhere else to leave a complaint in writing, so I am writing to everyone for reasons of concern for future customers that the staff at this institution leaves much to be desired.
The case is not so large-scale, but indicative. My friends and I ordered 5 pita bread, which is probably an impossible task for the staff, because they managed to confuse a single order with pepper with another - completely without pepper (while leaving inappropriate markings on them). We discovered this surprise only after some time, having directly reached the peppers, we told the person serving us, and they were eventually taken away from us. And a few minutes later they were returned with the words that they could not change the pita bread for us, because, you see, we had already eaten half, because in their opinion we should have recognized THEIR mistake from the first bite. Funny. It is not known whether it is the internal policy of the institution or the coordinated decision of the staff not to take the blame, but no one has apologized to us for their mistake. Apparently, WE should have felt guilty for filing a complaint late.
Of course, mistakes are common to all people, but real humanity manifests itself in the ability to take responsibility for them.
Therefore, dear consumer, be vigilant, because there will most likely be no one to listen to your complaint, and they will not be allowed to perpetuate it in the complaint book, because they simply do not have it.

The staff wants to be better. The first time, we sat for half an hour, forgot to turn on the pizza, the next time the waitress dropped a tray of drinks, of course it was not a pleasant sight, splashes flew on things, although the waitress apologized a thousand times. We often order for delivery. We decided to look in again, but without the waiters accompanying us, and at the same time said that we would eat at the institution. The doner was prepared as with itself, the drinks were not prepared. Then I asked the waiter to see if our drinks were ready. And I decided to follow him, where he violently expressed his dissatisfaction with the request. The staff urgently needs to be trained and be more respectful to customers!

Fast food cafes, that is, hamburgers, hot dogs, pita bread, etc. Cook delicious, although the breaded chicken is so-so. If you like cold drinks, ask in advance about ice. For some reason, it always ends quickly. The service is excellent, the food is fast and delicious. The prices are normal.

When the hall is fully seated, only TWO waiters are present. The guy with glasses is very friendly and nimble, but the waitress-girl is just a drag! She came to take our order and after a question from us about the availability of cola, she went to find out in the kitchen without accepting the order, after 3-5 minutes she reappeared in the hall and went to take orders from other people, completely ignoring us.
Lavash is smaller than in Tashkent branches, the taste is worse, there are monthly periods on napkins.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
