Recently, my colleagues and I visited the fast food Feed Up for lunch, and we had mixed impressions. The atmosphere in the establishment was at the highest level: cozy, clean and very pleasant. The service was also pleasant — the staff are polite and ready to help.
However, despite the positive aspects, we are faced with one serious problem. The food, although very tasty, was prepared for quite a long time. We made orders for three, but while we were waiting for our food, our colleague joined us, taking fast food from KFC with her. Unfortunately, at the entrance, she was told that she should not bring food from other establishments, even if she brought it, she should not eat here. This created a slightly awkward situation.
When we asked why it was forbidden, we were told: "For your own safety, you must follow the rules of this institution."
At first, she tried to follow the rules and just waited, but soon realized that this was not the best option. In the end, she decided to go out and have lunch at KFC so as not to spoil the mood for herself or us. We, in turn, felt uncomfortable because we couldn't share lunch with her.
We didn't understand the policy of the institution. What's the big deal if three people have ordered from our table, and the fourth one will just eat her own food. If the problem is paying for the service, then the amount in the receipt will still be allocated for the three of us.
In general, despite the delicious food and excellent service, we did not like the restaurant's policy regarding outside food. We hope that this will be taken into account in the future.
Feed up did not expect such a meal. Pita bread is dry, there are no tomatoes, there is not enough meat sauce, they ordered bitter pita bread for the child. The hamburger and cheeseburger are dry. The pizza is semi-raw. And your prices are more expensive than Oktepa lavash and EVOS. We will NOT eat or order any more from you!
For this money, you can eat in other places for 2 days. I do not recommend it!!!
