But for what: to talk on the phone, you need to get through, when communicating on the phone, the voice of the interlocutor is like from the grave and what he says has to be thought out or asked again if he could not guess them from fragments of words and put them into a sentence.
Not only is the Internet terribly slow, but traffic is cut off and periodically disconnected, i.e. 15-20 minutes of Internet takes place, and after that 3-5 minutes is missing and this process is continuous.
P.S. I am sure that when the courts in this region begin to work as they should and there will be more of them, then this operator will snatch a lot of grief for his croilovo, like many operators in Russia, in due time....)

I came to replace the SIM, it was changed quickly and for free, although they used to take money for it, there are no complaints about the service in the cabin.
But to get through to the operators or contact them in a chat or telegram, this is practically not an achievable task.
The connection itself, from the beginning of its appearance to this day, has NEVER worked normally and efficiently. The internet is also not working properly.
The company has been a monopolist in the region for a long time, there were no alternatives, and this was used. We are waiting for other worthy operators.

The service level is zero!!!! Neither the operator, nor the telegram bot, nor the personal account could help, generally useless Phoenix appendages. So it turned out that everything is very sad in the customer service center. To buy a card, yes. Financial issues only through an application to the accounting department!!!!!! What is this????? When a SERVICE appears in the work of the Phoenix operator, and not just kicking people off: come tomorrow, we can't provide it. It's a shame!!!!
