The bodywork was done disgustingly, not a single detail was primed before painting, they just painted it and that's it, without any treatments, the paint from the bumper slides off with a light movement if you just pull it, the fog lamp, as it turned out, is held on screws

I repainted the roof and changed the windshield for insurance, there are no complaints about this type of work (the paint holds, the glass is in place). The related work is terrible, namely, the roof rails broke the fastenings, I thought that they were fixed incorrectly-I stopped by several times to fix it, seeing how the master was trying to fix it and rubbing the lock (jackets or sweatshirts) on the door - I said thank you and left. The car is fresh, the owner is the same, there are documents for the work.

I wrote to Yandex. direct about how much a complete repainting of my car would be, on the first day they somehow tried to respond to messages every 3-4 hours, then they stopped altogether, wrote again a day later about repainting, they asked to throw off a photo of the car and completely stopped responding, the best! If you didn't want to take over the car, why couldn't you just write about it? Why was it ignored? I do not recommend it! I left the car doors at this service station, the next day I got a call, they said that an employee in a client car "did not intentionally" hit the door. I arrived the same day to sort it out, but no one really wanted to talk, let alone pay damages. As a result, I had to call the traffic police!
