Probably the best cafe I've visited during my trip to Astana!) It was very tasty and inexpensive.
Except that I did not immediately find the entrance (through the hotel).
I definitely recommend the place if you are nearby.
disgusting. The waitresses don't know at all. They don't even know what they have - when asked whose beer and what the drink is, they ran off to the older one (even the older waitress didn't provide the answer) . The dishes are not tasty, the flatbread for the shalyk was a week old - you can hammer nails with it.
The food is very tasty and for any gourmet, the staff is sooo friendly and welcoming, the service is very fast, the atmosphere is relaxing, and you can also hold a business meeting. I do not see any obstacles here. I really liked both grilled meat and vegetables and even porridges.
I ordered shurpa and langman in this restaurant. The shurpa was simply terrible - an over-salted broth with weathered pieces of mutton on a huge bone and one whole potato.
Langman was better, but also not a fountain at all, the noodles were slightly overcooked.
In general, I would rate the kitchen at 2-3. I put it because of the service, the waiter tried.
Yes, 10% is automatically added to the receipt for the service, which usually means that they themselves know that they are not cooking very well, to put it mildly.
Ferghana's cuisine is terrible. And, most importantly, the price tag is not small. We ordered mini pasties with sour cream, pilaf, lagman, dumplings and French fries.
I forgot the name of the waitress - but she spoke so softly that I had to strain to hear her.
They asked for dumplings - to make broth separately from the dumplings themselves. They began to say that it was impossible for unknown reasons. When I said that it was easy and simple, because all you need to do is just pull out the dumplings and put them in a separate bowl - they agreed.
Fries - it was cold, as if they had been carried for a long time, or something else. It remains to guess.
Chebureks - were like yesterday, as they were cold and dry. Usually, when deep-fried, they are soaked and juicy. And here, they were dry and the stuffing inside was not the first freshness.
The pilaf was brought - it looks delicious and cool, but only COLD. They didn't even manage to warm up the cut egg, which was boiled for a long time before the pilaf itself and was very cold (obviously from the refrigerator).
Lagman is the crown of this institution. The dish was hot - steam was coming from it (cool!), but after a few pieces were eaten, a hair was found. It's just awful friends. HAIR!
They called the administrator - he apologized and that was it. I said that pilaf and lagman should be removed from the bill, and we would pay for the rest.
By the way, check the devices carefully. One of the forks was covered with a small piece of fat (poorly washed).
Spacious restaurant, clean. The breakfasts are good, the dishes from the menu are not tasty, it seems that they just transfer the products. Although the prices are not small.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Fast cooking and serving. The food is very tasty. The interior is very pleasant and does not look defiant. Drinks for every taste and temperature.
The restaurant is located at the hotel. The assortment of dishes, on the one hand, is available, but you constantly have to be content with what is available, and not on the menu
The food is terrible, the waiters do not know the menu, they cannot explain the composition of the dishes. Dishes are served for everyone at different times, and we asked that the serving be the same for everyone, but in fact it turned out one eats the other looks. The atmosphere of the dining room, do not go, do not spoil your mood!!!
There is information on the website that lunch is a buffet, in fact, on the menu, and on coupons in the amount of 4,500 tenge! Considering that tea is 1400 tenge, you can "not deny yourself anything", and half of the dishes, if not more, are not listed on the menu anyway. Well, at least the chef cooks the kebab perfectly, it somehow compensated for the situation. Breakfasts are also minimalistic as far as possible, I do not remember such a hotel in my life that there was only one orange from the fruit and that was rotten. The staff is friendly.
Judging by the breakfasts, they don't know how to cook at all, even porridge and omelette, breakfast was included, so there are no options.
They were looking for other places to eat, sadly.
The food is delicious, but the service is top-notch.For a long time, you remind yourself several times and not only in the morning...and as a client in the evening.
The restaurant is great! But sometimes they overdo it specifically! Waiters sometimes forget what they ordered! But it's excusable to understand everything! It happens! The work is not ice, but young people need to start somewhere!

Not a bad restaurant at the hotel. The service is good. The breakfasts are good. The location is convenient.
I've only tried sets. Kazan kebab is controversial, but delicious. Pilaf is also good, but instead of achichuk, carrot salad) in general, I liked everything
