Обратилась в компанию по рекомендации. Порадовали девочки менеджеры, которые всё рассказали и в дальнейшем напоминали про приезд замерщика и выезд монтажников.
Отдельное спасибо замерщику Дмитрию. Очень вежливый мужчина, приехал к нам со своим бахилами. Всё рассказал, всё показал. Так же удивило наличие при себе печатающего устройства, что позволило сразу заключить договор.
Ну и конечно же профессионализм монтажников, которые прекрасно сделали нам потом с учётом наших не простых углов.

If there are stretch ceilings, then only Ferico! We first applied about 10 years ago, we did it in an apartment and a private house. During this time, no complaints. When contacting (it was necessary to replace the lamp, change the canvas after repair), the service was provided quickly and efficiently. Recently, we applied to make ceilings in a country house again and were glad to make sure that over the years Ferico's service remained at the same highest level. We did not like the design of the lamp installed in one of the rooms. Specialists were called in to replace it, but it turned out that to install a new lamp, it was necessary to change the canvas, since the size of the lamp base is smaller than the previous one. Ferico installers arrived as soon as possible (despite the scheduled schedule) and did this work for free! It's a pleasure to deal with professionals!

The quality started with the measurer: a guy came right away with samples of the canvas, cornices, lamps showed on a tablet. Everything is clear and understandable. I didn't sign the contract right away, so I went to the office, everything is nice and beautiful. The girl showed everything, offered coffee while typing the contract. They gave me presents. On the appointed day, 2 neat guys arrived, they were not late. In 4 hours, everything was clearly done (2 rooms were done at once). After work, they also gave all the documents and a guarantee. A company that doesn't deserve its reputation.
The ceiling has 5 corners + 1 internal, shadow profile, illumination in the niche and visible. Shadow gap with different indents along the entire length, all corners are curved, there is a giant "lens" on the inner corner, the canvas is not filled in at the joints of the profiles, it also sticks out in some places in the shadow gap, the backlight shines in spots. The installers left terrible garbage behind, they work without a vacuum cleaner - the Stone Age. All my comments were answered: "these profiles do not fit together well and more experience is needed for such installation."

I would like to ask where so many positive reviews come from? I couldn't even think that by ordering a stretch ceiling here, you can get so many inconveniences and troubles. The canvas is defective, the walls are cracked, when the window is open, the ceiling retracts and all sorts of fasteners are visible, in the corners where the canvas has moved away 90 degrees and does not look very good, it is stuck in one place. And that's not all. I highly recommend it.

I would not recommend contacting this company for ceilings.We stretched the ceiling in the hall, it turned out to be a canvas with a marriage, although the marriage was quickly replaced.
In the bathroom , they made an iron profile under the curtain and when you close the curtain, the sound is just terrible , like nails on a blackboard .The foreman from Feriko came and said everything is fine, this is how it should be .
However, we called other specialists for consultation and they said that there should not be such a sound and that it was really terrible, that it was necessary to put a plastic profile, not an iron one, and if they already put an iron one, then you can come up with and put a plastic cover inside, but feriko does not have another profile, there are no other hooks,there are no overlays , there is nothing , and most importantly there is no customer orientation and desire to solve this issue .

A good range of materials for the potlock. I was interested in finding an eco-friendly material. There was one (unlike other companies) and at an adequate cost 3. Installers. They came and drilled the ceilings in 5 minutes. I will note the accuracy. The guys had a change of shoes and all the equipment was placed on the soft mats they brought. До недавнего времени был постоянным клиентов компании Feriko. В разное время сделал с ней монтаж натяжных потолков в нескольких квартирах. Привлекала пунктуальность и аккуратность сотрудников, качество работ. Однако не так давно одно из полотен разошлось, образовав продольное отверстие в несколько сантиметров. Решил обсудить это со службой сервиса кампании (гарантия на полотна 10 лет). Попросили выслать фото, сказали что потолок под замену и случай не гарантийный. При этом на вопрос о том, какие повреждения полотна являются гарантийными - внятного ответа не дали, специалиста прислать отказались, но попросили померить расстояния тут, зазоры там и сям (хорошо не сказали самому перетянуть потолок) и выставили запредельный по этому рынку счет по 100% предоплате. Скидки и пост оплату отказались даже обсуждать. В общем нашел кампанию с ценой на 1/3 ниже и с оплатой по факту. А с таким отношением к постоянным клиентам зарекся c Ferico иметь дело. Видимо кампания уже избалована вниманием клиентов полагает, что может себе позволить такое обращение. Что ж могу пожелать дальнейшего процветания.

Сомневалась по поводу фирмы, так как никогда с натяжными потолками не сталкивалась. Но спасибо компании, так как все было оперативно и четко. Менеджеры всегда были на связи! Замерщик, дизайнер и монтажники сделали все хорошо и добросовестно. Ни в коем случае не жалею, что сюда обратилась. Спасибо большое еще раз! Определено рекомендасьен)
