Not a bad hotel. I was with my wife in February 2020. It's a long way from the ski slopes and lifts, but every half hour there is a hotel shuttle on which there is always an empty seat.
For those who are looking for peace and quiet. NOT FOR PARTY PEOPLE!
It is well suited for families with young children who prioritize communication and education rather than animation with discos.
In the evenings, adults don't have much to do. We walked (30 minutes one-way walking distance) to the center of Borovets.
We liked it. Clean, the staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and large, the food is delicious.

The bus from the hotel to the ski lift should travel more often. A small bus, you need a big one. Providing a room of a smaller size than was ordered and paid for. The bench in the steam room of the sauna is broken. It was possible to get injured. Towels were changed only after contacting the reception.
