We used only a part of the infrastructure. As for the territory, the restaurant, the parking lot - everything is fine. I recommend it for corporate meetings.

If you receive guests in winter and provide a summer veranda for events, then it should be insulated from the wind, at least. And through the walls and through the floor the wind was siphoning so that for three days everyone was covered in snot.
