The advantages are the prices. You can eat in a restaurant for two (April 2025) for 500-700 lira, which is super cheap for Istanbul today. And the food will be good. Therefore, on weekends you can get in and stand in line (or rather, sit in a separate room). The main contingent is Turks, so the waiters don't know English well, and even more so Russian. But there is a menu, you can figure it out. There were no attempts to add anything extra to the receipt. They do not take a negative cash, payment by cards (Russian ones do not work), but payment by an ATM card is also possible.

I had to wait in line for about half an hour to visit, the interior is very beautiful and antique, the waiters are polite, the dishes are served beautifully, but most importantly-it was delicious.
The wait was worth it!
