We decided to get a tour Ölüdeniz so we paid extra money to our hotel to stay more for joining to Fethiye Tatil Turlari( Company Macera Bizde) . I had reservations for 2 people for 09Sep2023 date and I paid 1608 tl ( Turkish Lira) but unfortunately on 09 September morning your manager called me , informed me that the ship which you ordered for trip for us can not go because of technical problems and promised me will return my money till Monday ( 11Sep2023). I still didn’t get my money back. Please kindly, return my money back to my IBAN that I showed before.
