Faced with extreme rudeness on the part of the consultant. I purchased a protective glass for my phone with the service of installing it, but due to my busy schedule (I was in a hurry), I postponed the installation the next day. The consultant girl said that there were no problems, the next day you will show the consultant a replacement receipt and he will paste this protective glass to you. The next day, when contacting a consultant /guy/"her replacement" received an answer from him that "I don't need your check", I don't glue such glasses and I won't, go to the girl who promised you this" and with such a facial expression and in such a form "why did you come here with your glass"... my arguments regarding the provision of the pasting service, bought together with the protective glass, were accepted with even greater indignation: "I will not paste anything, go to the one who promised you.".. God help him that I drove half the city on purpose to close the issue, so it turns out that they made me an idiot for my own money - why did you come here? I appeal to the owner of this store - I highly recommend that you train an employee to communicate with customers and financially punish him, because such work greatly spoils the business reputation of your store. If I have communicated with the owner, then I hope that my sharply negative review will add + 1 nail to the coffin of your business!

We applied to change the protective glass on the iPhone 14 camera. First of all, we got an absolutely ill-mannered seller. Rude, boorish. Secondly, there is a complete lack of understanding of their actions and sloppy work, without careful attitude to the camera. The result is an unpleasant impression, the glass was not replaced as a result, because it was made disgusting. We refused.
