I've been wearing glasses for a very long time, I've changed a lot of different pairs, the past ones have worn out, it's time to choose new ones.
Accordingly, I came to this optics to look at my frame, stood, chose a frame for myself with a good mood, everything was fine. The consultant asked me several times if I could help, I politely refused, but when they already asked 4 times, I thought why not. I haven't heard such criticism of my nose yet....I came to speak for a transparent, round plastic frame. The assistant smilingly told me that all the frames that I chose did not suit me :), that it was probably impossible to find a plastic frame on my nose at all :), your nose bridge is too wide :), and finally a round frame does not suit you :)
And he gives me glasses that I don't like at all, well, thank you very much, as they say.
Upset, I then left this optics and I want to say I bought a perfect frame in Cinderella the next day, as I wanted, and my nose turned out to be no problem, I bought Guess glasses as a result.
But there was a second moment that brought me back to this place.
After a year, I accidentally stepped on the frame and the shackles bent, I came back to this optics for repairs. (She was walking because she was the closest to the house and still inside gave her a chance, thought the master and a master in Africa)
They broke my frame, it cracked, stuffed it instead of a native carnation a size larger than THEIR OWN, and even they didn't notify me about it and didn't return mine to me. The "cashiers" didn't even pay attention to me, they said that their lenses were cheaper than everywhere else. They put some lenses in. I asked for a prescription from a doctor. Immediately the question is: "why do you need it?" I decided to look for other optics in the vicinity, the doctor noticed it. " We have a free consultation, only when buying lenses! If you don't buy anything, then goodbye!!!" I was numb, but I still bought lenses from them. When he brought me the prescription, it turned out that he did not see astigmatism in me. Like I was cured and they didn't pick up my glasses correctly or what? Where did he go?I doubted the competence of this doctor. I didn't have time to put these in my bag and move away from the cash register, as they already say "goodbye" to me.
