I was greeted kindly by a consultant (unfortunately I don't remember my name)to begin with, she sent me to the doctor, a kind woman looked at me, gave me a prescription and again we continued to communicate with the consultant. We picked up a frame for me, I made an order. I received the order quickly, for tomorrow. I was very pleased with the communication with the consultant and the doctor and the purchase. Recently I took the second points, did well. Before that, I traveled to 4 other optics salons, I did not find a frame to like. Here I immediately picked up and at the price I got a deal on Wednesdays German lenses 50%
Rudeness, audacity and impudence. I just came out with unpleasant feelings. The consultant talked to me as if I couldn't afford even the cheapest frame. I asked in a friendly way, since I have never worn glasses and lenses, and she gave me prices right away, nothing is clear, the doctor does not consult on this situation in my case, she did not even help to tell me where to consult. The experience is just terrible
I buy lenses and glasses here. As well as sunglasses. There are good discounts on them. If you buy frames, lenses, and glasses here, then an optometrist's consultation is free. The doctor checks the eyes on the devices and selects the necessary lenses. There is a toilet and you can wash your hands.
We have already written about the unacceptable attitude of the optics staff to visitors... Unfortunately, I have something to add.I went to the optics once for lenses. I asked to go to the bathroom (it happens to everyone that they really need to go there). They looked at me as if I was in someone's private home, and refused. "Excellent" European quality of service, in a word.
The quality of the glasses is quite good. At least I bought 8 glasses for the whole family. But the service turned away from this optics completely today , now I'm taking the last two pairs and not setting foot there anymore . I brought the disabled mother to order glasses at 16-30. She doesn't walk well after 4 strokes with a stick, she doesn't have a right arm and she doesn't wear a prosthesis. I met with dissatisfaction from the consultant and the doctor. Although the latter did not refuse , she accepted . The consultant said that she was not going to sit with us until seven o'clock , that she had to watch the mode of operation on the Internet, that they still had clients now and they would not have time . Under such a poessing , I had to choose glasses and threaten to complain . The very idea that I would have to carry a disabled person with such difficulty again was unacceptable and, no matter what, I had to order glasses under the pressure of the service staff. If the situation had been different, I would not have ordered any more. It is a very unpleasant story where people are deprived of any human qualities . Tomorrow I will call the head office and describe the incident to them in words I will not write in the complaint book
The quality of the glasses is at the highest level. Excellent professionals work in the store, you can always count on good advice, the sellers are correct and friendly. I don't often visit Gomel, but when I come, I always try to visit the store. You can get to new items or discounts))
Excellent optics. I bought 2 pairs of glasses 1.5 and 2 years ago. The glasses are still in excellent condition and without scratches. The service has been in operation for 3 years, this is a big plus. Competent staff, I help with the selection of frames and lenses. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it!
