A wonderful park that monitors the condition of its trolleybuses and buses. I've never seen one in such bad shape. The drivers are friendly and drive on schedule.
In general, of the best shopping centers in Minsk, transport park No. 4 is definitely one of them.

The personnel composition does not correspond to the positions held by 90 percent. The main purpose of the work is not passengers, but something else that neither the dispatcher nor the driver can explain. 1 is a very high score, if only on a one-hundred-point scale. You can blame anything, but frequent non-compliance with the schedule, even on a day off with free roads, is constant. Deviations from the schedule of 3-5 minutes are acceptable. And this is taken for granted. Arriving on schedule is probably bad form. Changing the driver not at the final station is also a common occurrence. Etc.

Last week I was in a hurry, I ran across the road to get on the bus. He kindly waited for me. It was on time, of course!

On 01/22/2024 at 16.30, the final stop is Semashko 31 trolleybus. I ran up to the trolleybus, not only did it stand for 3 minutes with the doors closed, it did not open the door before departure and left. I am attaching a photo of the departure.

It's just awful! 04/12/2021 I was driving from Sukharevo towards the railway station. I got on a trolleybus traveling on the way to the park. The driver, Nikolai Nikolaevich Traulko, not only drove around the city like a drunk, twitched, braked, accelerated again, creating an emergency situation more than once. He never announced a single stop and where his destination was, took me to the park, where, when I asked why they didn't warn me, he got off the trolleybus and swore at me. Please take action on this redneck of the year!
