Terrible company. NEVER BUY PHILIPS PRODUCTS.
My toothbrush broke during the warranty period. Turned. They made a diagnosis. Issued a certificate of non-maintainability. I asked the seller for a refund in June. I was ignored until August. In August, I decided to contact the manufacturer Philips. I made multiple requests for a sample of writing an application. I was ignored.
The issue with the refund of money for non-repairable goods continues to this day. It's the end of October. I attach the correspondence
